Declaring Paid Editing is not a licence to create adverts

Please learn your trade. You have written a corporate brochure, You have not adhered to WP:MOS. Many of your alleged references yes are blatantly7 PR pieces, press releases and churnalism. Good paid editing is acceptable. Please do not even consider resubmitting this until you can meet our needs.
