I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft:The Red Chickz, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. The template you used on your user page was incorrect; please use {{paid|employer=ACME}} there, as it appears when viewing this page, not in the edit window(I have placed "nowiki tags" here to suppress its function here).

I'm also concerned that your username suggests that this account is operated by a group at your company; I would advise you to change it to represent yourself as an individual. Your real name is not required, just something unique to you. Something like "JohnDoe of TRC" would be fine.
