Not your page.
Hi. I'm just wondering. Whenever I changed something on the wikipedia of Kathryn Bernardo, you always change what I have changed. Well, as you can see, I'm just improving the page. I'm not writing any false articles about her or something. So, just to make it clear, you don't even own the page so why would you stop me from improving it? It doesn't make sense. Whenever I write something on it, later on, you'll change it back to the last version. It's just annoying. Sorry. I just want to know why you always change it. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Theshadesoflove (talk • contribs) 06:36, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
- Please read Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons and Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. Also, you have added several "trivial" information, such as her siblings' jobs, and this line "Kathryn consider herself a dog-lover and at a very young age, she bought her first ever puppy with her very first talent fee.". Please be reminded that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a fanpage. -WayKurat (talk) 08:19, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for May 1
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2013 PBA All-Star Weekend, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chris Ellis (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The Warning
I received a warning about vandalizing a page, but I don't recall ever vandalizing a page, nor do I even know how to edit a content in Wikipedia. I just want things to be cleared up, because I don't want my I.P. to get blocked from the site, because this site is really useful for me.

To prevent non-stop false edits on GMA articles
I don't know how to do it, and I don't know if I have the powers to do that. But can you make all GMA Network articles semi-protected (open to at least auto-confirmed users) so that non-Wiki users might not make vandals on those pages? I'm fed up with those false infos. Thanks. JoeCo0327 (talk) 07:48, 16 May 2013 (UTC)
Claudine Barretto Wikipedia Info
Good Day,
I am a newbie here, and I just registered to this web. And Im trying to add more info about Ms.Claudine Barretto that I got from www.pinoyexchange.com. Sorry if you found my action as
vandalism, but its not my intention. I also provided the links where I got the info.
As far as I remember , Ms.Claudine Barretto Wikipedia info has been completed before and we just found at that her biography and personal info and other related details about her has been removed or edited.
So having said that , is there anyone from your good office to add more details/info about Ms.Claudine from the valid sources that you may have? And it will be great if you can add her photo on her page as well . Thank you so much. IamJackfrost (talk) 12:34, 28 May 2013 (UTC)

Manila_Metro_Rail_Transit_System
I saw that you reverted by changes to the removal of language link to this article. The english article only refer to a single train line the MRT. But all of the other language article refer to all rail lines in the Metro Manila. That is why I removed the language links. The en: Manila_Metro_Rail_Transit_System Q13422345 should stand alone. While the other language link are properly linked to en: Manila_Light_Rail_Transit_System. I am removing the language link again, now with comments. --natadecoco (talk) 08:21, 8 June 2013 (UTC)

A little favor
Hi, WayKurat. Since I know you're better at this than I am, is it all right if I ask you to investigate the edits of Carlito Gonzaga and ApprenticeFan on the Tagalog Wikipedia? Since you know we have a problem with vandals constantly making hoaxes about Philippine broadcasting and broadcasting history, I figure I should get you involved so I can take the appropriate action. I will really appreciate it if you can find the time to help me out here. Thanks. :) --Sky Harbor (talk) 06:22, 7 June 2013 (UTC)
- Hi! Thanks for the offer. Actually I've done removing vandalism in tl.wiki about two years ago. However, I got tired of reverting vandals since it's been reoccurring and I don't have the same editing rights there like here in en.wiki like rollback rights. I also wanted tl.wiki to be clean of hoaxers and vandals but having limited editing rights makes it more difficult to me than here in en.wiki. -WayKurat (talk) 12:23, 7 June 2013 (UTC)
- As a bureaucrat on the Tagalog Wikipedia, I can do it for you. If you nominate yourself for adminship, I'm sure people won't mind if you run. (Of course, what worries me is the lack of people anyway: I'm doing this because I know I cannot do it myself. I understand, however, if you cannot do this, but I still hope to seek your advice.) --Sky Harbor (talk) 09:47, 9 June 2013 (UTC)
- Ok, I'll post a RFA request at Tagalog wiki. Hopefully I will become an admin there. :) -WayKurat (talk) 10:34, 9 June 2013 (UTC)
- As a sidenote, I checked the edits of Carlito Gonzaga, wow, he is really obsessed with Toni Gonzaga's parents. He had created several hoax pages there. I'll help cleaning that up. I already created a RFA request there. -WayKurat (talk)
- Congratulations: your RFA was approved. :) --Sky Harbor (talk) 07:35, 26 June 2013 (UTC)

Can you please stop editing the page of Kiefer Ravena?! I'm the one who created it! I'm a big fan of him so whatever I put on that said article is A FACT that's why I always put a reference! - I've left a note on your talk page, Meyanie, because the above commentary isn't acceptable per Wikipedia policies--you can't claim ownership over an article, especially if what you're trying to do is break other policies in the process. WayKurat, you'll see I've started editing the article as well...but it's a lot and tiresome, so I didn't finish. Qwyrxian (talk) 01:13, 3 August 2013 (UTC)

Hi there, I've noticed that some of our Filipino Wikipedian contributors in English Wikipedia does not yet known about the policies here. I'm only concerned since they do not appreciate on your effort in keeping this site free from any hoax/vandalized article, and instead they insist you to stop re-editing some articles. If you need any help I'm here, and anyway I still appreciate your good work here on Wikipedia, and I'm still heads up to your work even if I've done many terrible works here in the past including assuming ownership. Request reason:
I'm appealing this block imposed on me since I'm not the one that initiated the revert, Net cust/Dgenx 214 did it. The guy keeps on inserting his edits even if I have communicated with him several times though his talk page and it is all ignored. All of my efforts in telling him that he violates WP:INDISCRIMINATE have been ignored and I have to resort to reverting since it appears that he wanted to put his contributions without proper consensus and without consulting other editors. -WayKurat (talk) 15:01, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As I stated in the AIV report, this is a content dispute. Content disputes are never solved by edit warring. You were part of that edit war. It doesn't matter who's right or who's wrong on the content, but simple fact is that you edit warred to keep your content, which is the reason for your block (specifically for breaking WP:3RR). I also warned you of WP:BOOMERANG at AIV as a hint that you were at fault here, too. I guess I should have been a bit more blunt rather than hinting, because you obviously didn't understand what I meant by that. Jauersockdude?/dude. 15:08, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Ok, I accept my punishment. But I read this section in the Edit warring policy: "Reverting to enforce certain overriding policies is not considered edit warring. For example, under the policy on biographies of living persons, where negative unsourced content is being introduced, the risk of harm is such that removal is required." Can you admins at least revert his edits? It clearly violates WP:INDISCRIMINATE -WayKurat (talk) 15:11, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
- That's your interpretation of that policy. I'm not personally going to take a side either way, but it's definitely not a blantant violation of any policy that would excuse an edit war as it is essentially a content dispute. I would suggest initiating a discussion on the article's talk page and state your case there. If that fails to go anywhere after a few days/week, then try WP:3O or start an WP:RFC or something at WP:DRN. Jauersockdude?/dude. 15:51, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
- Oh, I would strongly suggest not reverting back to your version after your block ends. That's bound to lead to bad things again. Start a discussion first and see where that goes. Jauersockdude?/dude. 16:13, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

WayKurat, there are some circumstances in which other policies would allow 3RR to be legitimately violated. However, this caveat is extremely limited to edits which would actively harm Wikipedia if they were allowed to stay live. This includes things like copyright violations, BLP violations, or potentially libellous/defamatory content. Almost every other kind of edit will be restricted by 3RR, even if it obviously violates a policy, because the disruption & damage caused by edit warring is greater than temporarily allowing an edit to stay live. I suggest you take a look at WP:NOT3RR, which explains the very limited circumstances in which making more than 3 reverts is legitimate. ItsZippy (talk • contributions) 16:22, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
- I would like to open a discussion for this but the guy who added the game results won't listen and all of my advises are falling into deaf ears (please see his talk page). As you can see what happened, after my last comment, his main account became inactive then after three days, he created a new one. That account also did not even bother with my warnings. -WayKurat (talk) 00:23, 22 August 2013 (UTC)
- I know that it can sometimes be difficult to discuss an issue with a user and I understand how frustrating it can be. However, even when a user is unresponsive, edit warring with them does not help. If you cannot get them to respond at all, there are steps you can follow at WP:DE which aim to deal with the problem without edit warring. If the editor does reply but you cannot agree with them (either because you both legitimately disagree, or because the other editor is not listening to you) dispute resolution can really help. I would have gone for a third opinion in this case - having input from other editors can allow you to build a stronger consensus. This means that, if the editor continues and other people have voiced similar concerns to you, the editor can be dealt with as editing against consensus. Hello WayKurat, I'm contacting you because we need some Tagalog translators to help with the deployment of the new VisualEditor on tl.wikipedia. No Vandalism here
I never did vandalism on any pages of Wikipedia. I was just improving it, and the last time that I visit Studio 23's page, i found out that the info about it is false, no reliable source (the BBC thing) so I decided to delete those info and improve the page. So if you are thinking that I am vandalizing, your false because I am not. Si if you may, i'll have it changed, well you do not own the page.

I never did vandalized on any of the pages found in Wikipedia. I found out that some of the info in Daniel Padilla "Accolades" section is false, so I changed it and I added some info too, with reliable source on it. I did the same thing in Kathryn Bernardo page. Well you don't own the page completely. But if you're really thinking that I am vandalizing, your completely mistaken because I am not. You could investigate any of my changes/works and i'll lessen the recent changes. I am just trying to help and improve the pages.
- I actually started a new topic earlier but when I saw this section, I decided to just put it in here. But if you don't like it, you can just delete my message. Thanks!

Hi. You've participated in the editing of KCAL-TV. Can you offer your opinion about the inclusion of material in an article that's taking place in this consensus discussion, in which the reliability of that source is one of the issues that was raised (among others)? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 18:18, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

Actually, it is official, but it is not newsworthy, because the team didn't change their product, they just added a word to make them look super(ior) [sic]. I admit that the word "super" is not a good choice if the team will go on a losing streak. Check the recent article of Ginebra drubbing San Mig in Yahoo! PH. Val wears the new logo, alongside the new jersey design (boy, big numbers). Also, if you heard closely what the announcer said, it was "San Mig SUPER Coffee Mixers". Another evidence is this schedule showing (for a limited time) the new logo.
Why they are still being referred w/o the "super" is theoretically, 1) Not all of the pages are being watched, updated and edited, 2) It is, in my opinion, hard to actually make the new logo. It took days before someone made the new logo for the Batang Pier, it will be the same for the Super Coffee Mixers.
You may re-revert it if you are quite pleased. Problem is how it will be named as a product.

- I'm actually inside the Araneta Coliseum last Sunday watching the opening ceremonies, and yes, I heard "loud and clear" that Benjie Santiago (the coliseum announcer during the opening ceremonies) called them "San Mig Super Coffee Mixers" when Rene Pardo was called out. But, when SMC was introduced during the parade of teams, the LED panels at the sides of the the coliseum shows "San Mig Coffee Mixers", without 'super'. Also, when they were called out when they came out of the dugout, the coliseum announcer still referred to them without the 'super' monicker (the entire game, the announcer didn't refer them as "San Mig Super Coffee Mixers"). In other words, the PBA still refers the team as "San Mig Coffee Mixers". The big letters and numbers in their jerseys and the "new" logo from the banner that you are referring to are not enough to conclude that the team were officially named "San Mig SUPER Coffee Mixers".
- Unless there is an official press statement from the PBA, or an announcement from the team that they added the "super" monicker, we can move it again to the "super" name. But for now, let's put this issue in status quo. -WayKurat (talk) 13:57, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
- What if in the near future, neither of the two was accomplished yet the logo is being used? Just wondering. Peach Pits 14:30, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
- Of course if the logo is used, the article can be renamed as "San Mig Super Coffee Mixers", but for verification reasons, it MUST be an official one, meaning Sports5 and/or the PBA itself uses it since a lot of people are creating fictional logos and uniforms and claiming it as "real". -WayKurat (talk) 15:01, 21 November 2013 (UTC)
- Can you rename the link again? The "Coffee" is misspelled, so it is appeared as "Cofee". Peach Pits 10:33, 25 November 2013 (UTC)

Please don't slap {{db-banned}} tags on articles without providing some evidence that the article creator is a sockpuppet, as you did with Sine Silip. Always had to be about the Super
Hey again,
So, I was thinking that the "super" in the "San Mig Super Coffee" should be removed for: 1) It's just a part of a team name (as an intensifier); and 2) To save some space. All I know is that the name in the table should still be "San Mig Coffee" but the acronym "SMSC" will be retained. Please think and consider about it. Peach Pits 13:47, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

Ph cup 2014 standings
First of all, thank you for you help, but i dont think globalport and barako will clinched to the quarterfinals.. there will be a tie breaker for the four of them. please kindly explain to me why it is.. and what is the letter z sign on that.
Thanks -PapaJeckloy (talk) 09:20, 19 January 2014 (UTC)
- If you haven't understand what Mico Halili or Richard del Rosario mentioned earlier, or even bothered to read the "Format" section of the Philippine Cup article, there will be only one playoff for the 8th spot. All of the ties will be decided via quotient (that's why I placed the "tie" column in the team standings). In this case, Barako Bull and GlobalPort automatically advances in the quarterfinals, while Meralco and Alaska will have a playoff tomorrow for the 8th spot. -WayKurat (talk) 09:28, 19 January 2014 (UTC)

Ervic Vijandre
You recently reverted an edit at Ervic Vijandre. Did you also intend to revert this edit? I'm looking at the fact that it has "180 lbs." for the weight, and that is invalid (should be just "180"). However, perhaps it is all made-up? I'm hoping you will decide what to do, either revert or fix. No need to reply. Johnuniq (talk) 10:39, 14 March 2014 (UTC)

ABS-CBN shows
WayKurat, I managed to see what you have been doing for the past hours. You have been editing/removing the same sentence for the following ABS-CBN shows that mentions high definition.
- Be Careful With My Heart
- Juan dela Cruz (TV series) - no changes
- Dugong Buhay
- Muling Buksan Ang Puso
- Got to Believe
- Maria Mercedes (Philippine TV series)
- Honesto
- The Legal Wife
It is quite an achievement when ABS-CBN has its test broadcast in high-definition (HD) for the UAAP basketball game back in 2009 as reporte here and here. If this TV network has been doing HD filming and broadcasting with their other TV shows[1] beginning with Be Careful With My Heart, it is somehow worth-mentioning to note each TV shows as they are gradually changing it[2] until their broadcast transmission will be fully digitized. [3]
Personally, I think the list of TV shows above could have its own Wiki or Category page. Lastly, I am sure their respective pages will retain its technical specifications of being filmed/broadcasted in HD if you stop removing it. Terrencedg (talk) 08:14, 18 March 2014 (UTC)

Plot and Episode List
I'm sorry if I copy-pasted an article from ABS-CBN. It's because there should be a short summary before an Episode list. So what I did now is I added a short summary not copy-pasted from ABS-CBN. I hope you won't delete or revert it. But if you can add a short summary for Dyesebel (2014 TV series), you can do change it. Thank you. Bianca Anne Martins (talk) 12:05, 18 March 2014 (UTC)

Reverting Cubic edits
Hi WayKurat,
Just wondering, did you revert edits to Cubic_(TV_series) from user AriaSword because of spoiler content or for another reason? I edited the main article entry, and was just wondering why the information AriaSword contributed was removed. Thanks!
Fraunella (talk) 22:57, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
- AriaSword is an editor who frequently adds dubious information on his/her edits specifically on Philippine TV related articles. The editor also adds listcruft information, such as adding of co-stars in a filmography table of an artist. He/she adds legit edits from time to time and maybe I haven't checked his/her edits on the Cubic article, as I am not familiar with the series. -WayKurat (talk) 01:11, 13 May 2014 (UTC)
Thanks WayKurat! I'll check through them when I have time and re-include the legitimate information. Fraunella (talk) 14:02, 13 May 2014 (UTC)

Kathryn Bernardo's awards section
Hi! I am just wondering why you did not accept my edit on Kathryn Bernardo's article. She did receive the award and I properly added an accepted reference. I hope you will explain to me my mistake (if ever there is) so that I would know. Thank you! 001Jrm (talk) 02:25, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
- The entries you have added may have been accidentally rejected as I have removed an earlier edit from an anonymous IP that adds "She Dated a Gangster" in Kathryn's filmography, which was found as a hoax in previous encounters. You may re-add the entries you have added, given if it is properly sourced. -WayKurat (talk) 02:39, 20 May 2014 (UTC)

Apology
Hi WayKurat. I would like to apologize for my unruly conduct. I ask for your forgiveness for the following:
1. For adding anti-anime and anti-koreanovela sources.
2. For accidentally adding the fake link again during reverting a wrong edit.
Again, I am sorry, and I promise I will never add any "hate" sources. Thank you. -ElNiñoMonstruo (talk) 14:07, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
Use of rollback
Hello, WayKurat.
You seem to be using rollback to remove some of my edits. Yesterday, I used it "To revert widespread edits (by a misguided editor or malfunctioning bot) which are judged to be unhelpful to the encyclopedia, provided that an explanation is supplied in an appropriate location, such as at the relevant talk page" (See User talk:121.97.142.144). Can you please explain how your use conforms to Wikipedia:Rollback? --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:47, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
- Already explained at your talkpage. -WayKurat (talk) 14:49, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you for explaining. I have no objection to the IPs edits that are actually constructive being restored, but it's a good idea to tell people what you're doing before 18 revert notices appear. :) It's not an emergency. However, not all of the IPs edits were constructive. Before rollbacking his edits, I confirmed the removal of a good deal of sourced commentary, all of which seems designed to disguise the publication history of programs in some countries, even when his removal took out sourcing that was used to substantiate other facts. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:51, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
- I have dealt this vandal several times and at first I'm really surprised that someone restored his edits. That explains the number of revert notifications. I really have to tell you this through your talk page but your message came in first. :) -WayKurat (talk) 14:55, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
- I had noticed there were repeated issues around some of the articles edited by the IP I was examining - it wasn't the category removal that prompted my rollback, but the removal of content like this after being requested not to do so without an edit summary. He or she removed large sourced chunks from a number of articles; beyond checking to see if the category was valid and established, my goal was simply to restore the status quo to the articles he was removing content from until he started talking. Have you considered semiprotection, if there's repeated vandalism going on for some of those? --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:01, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
- Well, the scope is really large since both IPs were editing a bunch of Korean drama articles if you consider semi-protecting each. I've been considering reporting 124.6.181.166 to AIV though, since he/she was repeatedly warned about adding the GMA News TV category on those programs. I'm not sure about 121.97.142.144 since he/she stared editing that kind of articles last May 31. -WayKurat (talk) 15:08, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

This is pretty confusing. :/ A different IP (presumably the same person I reverted the other day) came back and did more blanking - both removing the category but also removing sourced information from articles. It looks like this must be a battle of some kind. I've reverted him where he removed sourced information, but left the category reverts alone - but if it continues, I'll probably semiprotect some. Blocking is of limited use if the IPs are not stable. Please feel free to ping me if 124.6.181.166 continues and seems a stable IP and you'd like some help. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 11:02, 2 June 2014 (UTC)
