User talk:Laura at vjoon-gmbh
Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.
Hello, Vjoon-gmbh. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.Deb (talk) 15:07, 19 March 2018 (UTC)
- Hello Deb, thanks for your message, still I would like to comment on it and try to help clarify the background. I added the contribution under the user name vjoon-gmbh, because I want to make clear, that I know the company and have insight into the company's facts. It is in no way a paid or promotional edit and I do not belong to the kind of editors listed in WP:PE.
- The article complied fully with the Wikipedia guidelines and Wikipedia Verifiability. Further, the relevance was shown as vjoon K4 is listed among the world’s leading publishing systems, for example here: Functionality Grid and Diagram helps publishers & corporations find the right publishing system. Also in the link section of the article this paper had been mentioned which shows, that the world's leading publishing company Condé Nast uses the software worldwide. This fact clearly shows the significance of the software being in line with QuarkXPress among others. If you thought I should have used the
{{Request edit}}
template: I had no chance to edit anymore because the article was immediately deleted. My page was in no way WP:G11, so no reason for speedy deletion was given. If you think the content or the lemma did not meet WP’s guidelines, you may suggest normal deletion having an appropriate discussion. The article was referenced, the notability of the software has been proven by references in the link section. Additionally the software is referenced in the article DPCI, where many notable users of the software are listed. Therefore I feel the lemma and content fully comply with Wikipedia's content policies. --Vjoon-gmbh (talk) 18:38, 19 March 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Vjoon K4, from its old location at User:Laura at vjoon-gmbh/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there.
