Why does some nasty people keep deleting my page?
[edit](copied from the help desk):
Why does my Rumorpedia article keep being deleted, who is to say that my subject matter is any less important that other subject matter? I am not happy! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Visualize (talk • contribs) 12:33, 1 February 2006 (UTC-5)
- Hi Visualize. You can sign your message using ~~~~. The article probably gets deleted because the site is not relevant enough right now. It doesn't mean that the site is bad, but it probably needs more visitors and become more important before it can be mentioned. You might like to check Wikipedia:Notability (websites). - The reason given was: "It is an article whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article (WP:CSD A3)." I think that was a bit dubious, myself, but the articel as written would have had almost nmo chance to survive a deeltion debate. Please read our web site inclusion guideline. If you can write an article about your site that clearly passes WP:WEB, go ahead. be sure to cite sources. Also please read our autobiography guideline since this is your project. What does the acronym Svpn stand for? also when you create a new articel, please add a category to it if at all possible, adn a stub tag if it is as short as this articel. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Stub types for the lsit of stub types. Also note that the Plural of "ABC" is "ABCs", not "ABC's" as per pour manual of style. Thank you. We could really use a source or sources cited in the Data classification article. Thanks. DES (talk) 00:03, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
