This sentence, Award recipients are selected from a pool of self-elected and nominated applicants , suggests to me that the award is one granted to a load of people who want it rather than a group of people who are considered by others to deserve nomination for it.

That one key fact suggests that this is not an award which passes our threshold for notability.

The references do not support the inherent notability of the award. Instead, they show people who have received it. Notability cannto be inherited by the award from the recipients.

I am also concerned by from many reputable research centers. The converse suggests that some of the recipients are from disreputable research centres. Please search you wording for other such peculiarities and solve them.

All inline links should be removed, please, and turned into references if appropriate, Wikilinks, or external links in a section so named. See Wikipedia:External links
