Your user page

[edit]

Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Horvat, vashti may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, each user is entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. Under the assumption that the article is about yourself, I've moved the content to your user page. Regards, howcheng {chat} 22:30, 9 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you delete or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia, as you did to Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Vashtihorvat, you will be blocked from editing. You removed comments and substantially refactored (altered the meaning) other comments in a deletion discussion involving your userpage. If you do this again you will be immediately blocked. If you need assistance do not hesitate to ask for it either on my talk page or by posting {{help}} on your talk page. Doug.(talk contribs) 21:42, 2 May 2008 (UTC) -- Additionally, I removed all of your comments as they were misplaced and due to the refactoring I could not maintain the meaning while restoring the old comments.--Doug.(talk contribs) 21:44, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. I reverted your edit to Strelitzia in which you removed a red linked term. Per WP:REDLINK, not all red links are "bad page references" that need to be "fixed." It is often preferable to leave the links red rather than remove the link because it indicates a notable topic that should have an article. In the case of Strelitzia where you removed a link to Strelitzia alba, the species is certainly notable and will eventually have an article. I'd caution you to be more careful when unlinking terms without articles. Cheers, Rkitko (talk) 21:34, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Seconded. Please be more discriminating in your "fixing" of redlinks. Magic♪piano 17:53, 3 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

MfD nomination of User:Vashtihorvat

[edit]

User:Vashtihorvat, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Vashtihorvat (2nd nomination) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Vashtihorvat during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Dougweller (talk) 16:10, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. —PaleoNeonate21:12, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
