A.C. Gozzano
[edit]lega-pro.com's 5 Via Massaua is the address of Novara's Stadio Silvio Piola. Please avoid not in source and better source than one editor's size tuttonovara as reference. Matthew_hk tc 23:01, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- lega-pro.com used 8 Viale Marmo, Novara as the address of the stadium and it seem the webpage had update. Matthew_hk tc 23:04, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- Hi, I'm sorry but you're actually wrong. Both Vercelli's and Novara's stadiums are called "Silvio Piola", but the Novara's one address is 8 Viale Kennedy and the Vercelli's is 5 Via Massaua. As the league website says, Gozzano's temporary home stadium is located in 5 via Massaua, so it's the Vercelli one. Thanks for the cooperation --Vale93b (talk) 23:05, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- And according to the talk page, the old website was located in https://web.archive.org/web/20111205070116/http://www.gozzanocalcio.com:80/. I don't see any policy to remove it. Matthew_hk tc 23:10, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- The "gozzanocalcio.com" website has always been empty of contents: the club probably tried to set up its website in it, but then decided to switch to the current one. I don't see any reason of utility/opportunity to keep a link to a "clean sheet" --Vale93b (talk) 23:14, 24 September 2018 (UTC) BTW the "real" old website of Gozzano was under http://web.archive.org/web/20130907013726/http://www.gozzanocalcio.it:80/
- Legapro's factsheet had not been updated www.lega-pro.com/campionato/squadre/girone-a/gozzano/ but the url entry (as of today) read Sito Web www.gozzanocalcio.com Matthew_hk tc 23:26, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) While according to WHOIS data, both www.gozzanocalcio.com and www.acgozzanocalcio.it are owned by the club, but www.gozzanocalcio.it was owned by Medianews Srl. Not sure it is out-sourcing website or not, but it is NOT stated as official website elsewhere. Matthew_hk tc 23:30, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- looks like an obvious error --Vale93b (talk) 23:27, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
For example, this facesheet from tuttocampo.it use .com one instead of .it one. Matthew_hk tc 23:34, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- the club's Facebook account linked to gozzanocalcio.it between 2015 and 2016; nothing similar happened with gozzanocalcio.com. By the way the footer notice of the .it website said "A.S.D.C. Gozzano, via Madonna di Luzzara - P.IVA 00934540030", which are the name, the headquarter's address and the VAT number of the club. It's IMHO clear enough that a unofficial website wouldn't do so. --Vale93b (talk) 23:41, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- furthermore, the website of Gozzano municipality still reports gozzanocalcio.it as the official website of ASDC Gozzano (now AC Gozzano). If later the club ceased to pay that domain and another company squatted it, it's totally irrelevant for our purposes. Then, I don't deny that gozzanocalcio.com domain belongs to the club: the point is that, as a matter of fact, the club never really used it as its official website. So the question is: what's the utility of linking to a website that only says "under construction"? Vale93b (talk) 08:14, 25 September 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Massimiliano Mangraviti, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Defender (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).
