HiNA Equipment and Functionality
[edit]HiNA stands for High Network Availability. HiNA equipment is networked equipment with high network availability. Means equipment that has one or more of the following functions as its main function(s), but no other: router, switch, wireless access point, hub, modem, VoIP phone, videophone. Equipment with HiNA functionality means equipment that has the functions of a networked router, network switch, wireless access point, or combination of these with high network availability functionality, but without HiNA equipment.
