(Born in 1963 Şile-İstanbul/Turkey) is a Turkish academician, researcher and an assistant professor at Yıldız Technical University (YTU). Tuncay UZUN started his career on 1986 at YTU Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). He served as the Deputy Head of YTU-ECE Department in 2001-2003, and Deputy Dean of YTU-Electricity-Electronics Faculty in 2014-2016. He teaches Microprocessor hardware and software, Logic Circuits, Industrial Automatic Control, Automatic Control Theory, Circuits and Systems Theory. He also works as an expert on devices and systems in the electronics and computer sectors and prepares technical reports on these issues.
