Excelsior, dear brother! I just wrote an article that made it on the front page and I was really excited. It's off now, but still cool. William Jackson (secretary). Very cool. I enjoy the changes you made to the Punisher's weaponry. See you around the pedia. Fishal 00:51, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

So just click on my name there. You can see other people's userpages if you look at page histories and click on their names. Fishal 13:15, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

Someone should have added this to your talk page. What happened to hospitality?

Hello Uriah is Boss, an automated process has found an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, such as fair use. The image (Image:Ultimates11.jpg) was found at the following location: User:Uriah is Boss. This image or media will be removed per statement number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media will be replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. The image that was replaced will not be automatically deleted, but it could be deleted at a later date. Articles using the same image should not be affected by my edits. I ask you to please not re-add the image to your userpage and could consider finding a replacement image licensed under either the Creative Commons or GFDL license or released to the public domain. Please note that it is possible that the image on your page is included vie a template or usebox. In that case, please find a free image for the template or userbox. Thanks for your attention and cooperation. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 05:28, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation

[edit]
Gnomes, unite!
You are invited to participate in Gnome Week, a mass article cleanup drive between June 21 and June 28, 2007.
This week, backlogs will be cleared. Articles will be polished. Typos will be fixed. Bad prose will be edited. Unreferenced articles will be sourced. No article will be safe from our reach! The more people who participate, the better Wikipedia will become as a result.
I would love it if you would participate! - Fishal

Thanks

Thanks for telling me that. It means a lot to me when someone thinks I'm handling myself well, when I'm doubting my own sanity. Saksjn (talk) 14:21, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

God be with you too

[edit]

I thank you for your kind words. I feel like I am selfish to have discovered the truth and the way, the way being Jesus Christ's body and blood, without telling people. Therefore, I do what I can. First of all, we must, contrary to what some believe, purify our lives before we may reach God. That is why I placed Psalms 24:3 on my user page - I challenge people to love God. May the peace of Christ be with you. Tourskin (talk) 02:18, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Prager university requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Calabe1992 (talk) 05:46, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Prager University" article userfied

[edit]

I have userfied the article (moved it to a user sub-page) at User:Uriah is Boss/Prager university where you can work on it. To avoid speedy deletion it is enough to make a "credible claim of importance or significance" but if the article is to be kept you will have to establish Notability, a requirement to have a Wikipedia article, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people independent of the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about? WP:CSD#A7 More advice at WP:Notability (web), and good advice on how to write an acceptable article at WP:Your first article and WP:Writing better articles. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Nikolai Berdyaev, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Vladimir Solovyov. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
