[edit]You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 19:10, 11 February 2018 (UTC)

- Globally renamed 'OCIUS Technology' to 'Ultimateusv76'. Just Chilling (talk) 00:23, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
- If you are unblocked make sure that you don't continue th unmistakably promotional editing that you have done so far, as doing so is likely to result in being blocked again, with a much lower likelihood of being unblocked again. Also, do take the advice above to read the conflict of interest guideline before doing any more editing. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 21:11, 11 February 2018 (UTC)

- @Dlohcierekim and Oshwah: We have consensus (see here) that
users soft-blocked for username issues should not have to answer further questions as a prerequisite to unblocking after the username issue has been addressed
. I remind you that in the blocking message above, Oshwah calls this user tocreate a new account
. I recommend we unblock the account without further conditions. Vanjagenije (talk) 18:04, 17 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Vanjagenije: Thank you for your patience and removing the block. As you can see i'm very new to the wikipedia community and contributing to wikipedia has been much more difficult to understand than i thought. I'm a little confused though, do you wish for me to create a new account? I understand editing an article related to me personally is a conflict of interest and i genuinely wish to contribute to Wikipedia's knowledge on this article. To go about this and comply with Wikipedia's standards while contributing to the OCIUS/Solar Sailor Holding article i understand i need to 1. Declare my relationship with the organisation 2.Restrict myself to suggesting edits via the Talk Page 3.Cite all edits from sources external to the comapany's website. Is this criteria correct? Thank you very much in advance for your patience and mentorship. Ultimateusv76 (talk) 14:14, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
- No, you don't need to create new account as this one is unblocked. You have a conflict of interest regardless of your username and regardless of which account you use. Yes, what you wrote is correct. Vanjagenije (talk) 21:00, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Vanjagenije: awesome! thank you very much for your help! Ultimateusv76 (talk) 06:15, 25 February 2018 (UTC)
