Causa
[edit]With a new account at en.wikipedia, I want to bring in my article [ [[[1]] aus der deutschen wikipedia (de.wikipedia) mit Belegen zum Big Ben] ] from the German wikipedia (de.wikipedia) because of proven statements about Big Ben, so that the British Wikipedian can read it and maybe reverse it. Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia!
Übersetzung Hey man Josh, please see my 14 month old de.WP article https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammerwerk_(Uhrschlag) in english translation. Since about 1950 (exclusive production of electric clocks), German tower clock makers have used the term -hammer mill- for the technical assembly for hitting the hammer on a chime. With the cooperation of other de.-WP authors, the term arose after consideration in tower clock construction, so as not to simply enter the hitherto forgotten or still unknown buffer-spring (Prellfeder) as de.-WP article.Udo Otto Müller (talk) 17:37, 1 March 2023 (UTC)
