Speedy deletion nomination of User:Ubs2308

A tag has been placed on User:Ubs2308 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.ukbailiffs.co.uk/commercial-rent-arrears-recovery-crar. Contested deletion

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... We are a legal authority on Bailiffs in the UK My website https://www.ukbailiffs.co.uk is one of the most informative websites on Bailiffs and enforcement in England and Wales, and we have been operational for 8 years. In addition, the shareholders of UK Bailiffs Services ltd have been in the enforcement industry for 20 years.

You should then declare your ownership of the website on your userpage. You should also agree to releasing your copyright on the content you copy from your website into Wikipedia's Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Regardless of copyright issues, because Wikipedia is not a webhost, your userpage would be deleted anyway because it is not an encyclopedia article. Thank you for understanding my concerns. As we have now established that our website is a valuable, significant and relevant site for all information relating to bailiffs and enforcement in the UK and from your profile statement as 'main activity is patrolling new pages to remove vandalism and spam. Besides that, I create and expand articles in my areas of interest, and I patrol recent changes.' We can now summarise that we are contributory and not 'Vandalism and spam'.. I assume this is the end of our contact and we have satisfied your concerns.

Your userpage is intended for basic information about yourself, your interests and goals as they relate to editing Wikipedia, as well as disclosures of conflicts of interest and paid editing. Although a lot of freedom is allowed in personalizing your user page, it is not:

an encyclopedia article (and should not be styled to look like one)
a workspace for a draft article
a personal website, blog, or social media site
a space for self-promotion or other advertising
a CV, resumé or lengthy autobiography

In addition, your website is not a reliable source just because you claim that it is. Wikipedia defines a reliable source as being a source that has an established reputation for fact-checking and editorial oversight. This heavily favours mainstream news organizations, academic press, and reputable publishers of newspapers, books and magazines. Sources of dubious or unknown origin, as well as self-published sources with no editorial review, will be rejected.

Lastly, you cannot post copyrighted material on Wikipedia - even if you are the copyright holder, or have the copyright holder's permission - unless the material has been released for use by the verified copyright owner into the public domain or under a license compatible with Wikipedia. These licenses allow anyone — not just Wikipedia — to share, distribute, transmit, and adapt your work, free of charge and in perpetuity, provided that you are attributed as the author. Also, because some derivative works may be commercial, we cannot accept materials that are licensed only for educational use or even for general non-commercial use. See above about copyrighted material donation. Just declaring you are the copyright holder is insufficient.
