Tueyyy: the page you are trying to edit (Wikipedia:Requested articles/Business and Economics) is under "revision review" meaning that new editors are allowed to edit it, but those edits are not automatically accepted but must instead be reviewed by more experienced editors in order to be accepted. In your case, I'd say you have tried to strike out the topic Treadmill of destruction too soon, because you have not actually created an article about it.
