Hello, Trpeters1,

Notes

[edit]

If you copy a Wikipedia article, as one is free to do under CC-BY-SA, one must not forget the BY bit - there must be attribution to the source of the text. Second, please read WP:CORP about corporate notability, and WP:RS about the reliable independent sources you need to give to prove it. A company that has not yet launched is unlikely to pass CORP. Also. you should not put future events in the past tense. Peridon (talk) 15:03, 1 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Tim R Peterson

[edit]

Hello Trpeters1,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Tim R Peterson for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Barney the barney barney (talk) 15:00, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 15:17, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please take a moment to understand Wikipedia policies

[edit]

Hi Tim.

We can understand you want to have an article on Wikipedia for your company.

But

Certain things are frowned upon, and we have guidelines see:

WP:PROMOTION, WP:COI.

Also, we have notability guidelines that state what a company needs to have to be notable. WP:NCORP - basically, has your company been covered by independent third party sources? If not, then we judge it isn't important enough to be included in an encyclopedia. This may change of course, but we have WP:TOOSOON for that. Barney the barney barney (talk) 15:36, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Probably best not to keep the pages incubating for ever. WP:NOTCRYSTALBALL, so we can't predict if and when something will become notable enough. Barney the barney barney (talk) 16:11, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Onarbor Logo.png

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Onarbor Logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Seraphimblade Talk to me 16:55, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted articles

[edit]

Hi, I was reading another Talk Page and saw your question about your articles which have been deleted. You can ask an Admin to move the articles over to your "Sandbox" where you can continue to work on them. It would be like working on a draft and then you could try resubmitting it. The articles would be put at a page like User:Trpeters1/Sandbox1 and User:Trpeters1/Sandbox2. Then you could tinker away on it. Liz Read! Talk! 19:46, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
