Will be great if you can let me know which part you felt was advertising so that it can be altered and we can revive the page. The goal is to keep it informative and that's why there's more than 20 external news links from which content had been sourced. It's competitors have similar pages - Dentsu and GroupM

Looking forward to your guidance on my talk page . Cheers! Irfan E Khan (talk) 05:03, 15 March 2014 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Space Goofs, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page YTV (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I seem to be confused as i thought that the source of the character and relevant sources counted as a context? If you could point me in the right direction i would be happy to rewrite it for you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ultimate LinkPool (talkcontribs) 22:04, 15 March 2014 (UTC)

The content which is supposedly "copyrighted" in that article was licensed under Creative Commons. What is the issue? DonaldET3 (talk) 21:21, 16 March 2014 (UTC)

Fatz

I can't really see where this page passes notability guidelines. However since you tagged the page first, I thought I'd ask if you wanted to nominate it for deletion or PROD it. I can find some stuff for it like this article, but it's fairly slow going. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 08:56, 20 March 2014 (UTC)

@Tokyogirl79:, which one? OccultZone (Talk) 09:51, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
  • Which notability guideline, or which page? The page is Fatz and the guideline woudl be WP:CORP, since the coverage currently on the page doesn't really seem to be RS type material. I figured I'd ask if you wanted to work on it some before doing full force PROD on it or anything. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:00, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
@Tokyogirl79:, we need one reliable source. [1] [2] has highlighted this particular subject. OccultZone (Talk) 10:12, 20 March 2014 (UTC)

Regarding Extentia Information Technology

Dear Trivialist,

Please reconsider the deleting of Extentia Information Technology page. This is official wikipedia page for our company and we have made sure that we are not promoting any of our services. The content we have given in is mostly references to technology facts and trend. There is no intend to promote our company.

The article about Surespot should not be deleted.

Hi Trivialist,

Thanks for having a look at the Surespot instant messenger article. You mentioned that it should be deleted. But I (and other wikipedians) do not agree. I'm not completely sure why you tagged it for deletion (but I have to admit I would have to study the criteria for inclusion better to understand why you tagged it that way).

I could think of one reason, namely the fact that Surespot is a niche product (for now). Imagine Surespot has 1000 users, worldwide now. Even if only 10% of current or potential users would want to know about this product in a neutral way, it deserves a Wikipedia page. Yvolution (talk) 20:52, 10 April 2014 (UTC)

Copyvio articles

Hi! Last month, on the 30th of March, you tagged Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Service Discontinuation with Template:Copyviocore. Not sure if you remember doing this as it was almost a month ago, but I just wanted to point out a couple things:

  • The instructions for filing in the lower-right of the template should be followed, including listing the case at Wikipedia:Copyright problems; otherwise, the issue may go unnoticed, as it did in this case for a month.
  • In this particular case, the Copyviocore template wasn't needed. The Copyviocore template is used in cases where a page/section is not a blatant violation and requires investigation. If the entire page is a blatant copyright violation, as the article was in this case, speedy deletion can be requested with {{db-copyvio}} instead.

I've since tagged the page for speedy deletion (and the page may be deleted by the time you see this). Hope this helps, ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 06:07, 25 April 2014 (UTC)
