Hello, I'm Doniago. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, List of cultural references to the September 11 attacks, but you didn't provide a reliable source. Also, the Citing Sources page you provided a link to states, "Wikipedia's verifiability policy requires inline citations for any material challenged or likely to be challenged, and for all quotations, anywhere in article space." (emphasis added). I am uncertain how or why the edit I made could be challenged, given it is an addition of a novel to a list of books bearing cultural references to the September 11 attacks. Did you read WP:IPCV, which I referred you to in my above message? For "in popular culture"-style entries, a source must be included to establish that the reference has received attention from secondary sources.

Additionally, if you're the author of the book then you have a conflict of interest and should not be adding your own book to Wikipedia articles; that comes across as potentially promotional. Instead, you should consult with other editors at the article's Talk page. DonIago (talk) 13:21, 2 June 2022 (UTC)
