COI
[edit]Hello. If someone in your place of work has asked you to edit a specific Wikipedia article, you should please draw their attention to Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy. Which states that, because editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to a topic, editors are asked to avoid editing articles about organisations with which they have an association. And, among other things, are asked to disclose any conflicts of interest when discussing affected articles. And to comply with Wikipedia's content policies. Including the content policies covering republishing of copyrighted content. There is also a policy which explains how editors, who have been paid to edit, are expected to disclose that payment. Editing for the purpose of advertising or promotion (by any editor whether COI, PAID or otherwise) is not permitted . Thank you. Guliolopez (talk) 19:35, 19 May 2021 (UTC)
