{{helpme}}

Hello, Flying Toaster,

Thanks for the kind welcome. I wondering if you can help old new newbie figure out what he's doing wrong. I've been slowly working on the Food for the Gods (film) page with wonderful help from Yumi and few others. I uploaded three images from the film which all seemed to work fine, but I noticed when I tried to print the article that the image titled "Ree_of_Kyontawa.JPG" doesn't print and doesn't show up on the print preview either. (The other two print just fine.) So I figured I must have missed a step in the original upload, so I uploaded it again. And it's doing the same thing. What am I missing?

Many thanks, Travis

There have been some issues with the image servers in the past few days. Technical people are working on them. roux ] [x] 20:09, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}}

Thanks for that info. Will I need to upload it third time? And is it related to the problem I'm having? Like I said, it shows up on the page, it just doesn't print (like it doesn't exist) when the other two print just fine.

Hi Travis. I don't know why it's not printing; you should double check all your print settings, as sometimes it's possible to have it set not to print images. And no, if the upload went through the first time you will not need to re-upload. Also, you only need to use {{helpme}} once when you ask a question; it doesn't need to be placed above and below your question. Cheers. roux ] [x] 20:20, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}}

Nothing wrong with my print set settings. I do a lot of graphic printing. And the other two pictures on in the article print just fine. No, it's something weird with that individual photo. Image:Ree of Kyontawa.jpg Can you take a look at it? -Thanks, Travis

Okay.. I have no idea then why the other images would print. roux ] [x] 20:33, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Very odd, indeed. I assume, on your end, you can see all three pictures in the article, correct? Food for the Gods (film)

{{helpme}}

Hmm, well, we'll see what happens. Let me know if you come up with anything. Thanks, Ten Pound.

Travis

No, I was referring to another edit made earlier today (vandalism mention). The other thing about Dunst not being signed is already mentioned. Alientraveller (talk) 18:54, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Actress Kirsten Dunst had also expressed openness to return with Raimi and Maguire." It succinctly notes nothing is official for her. By the way, remember to sign your comments with four tildes (~). Alientraveller (talk) 19:06, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A good way to keep track of editors' changes and edit summaries is to click "History" at the top of each page. :) Alientraveller (talk) 19:50, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct :)

[edit]

You are correct, and that's exactly what I said. I wrote:

As of October 2008, Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire had announced a contract for a fourth and fifth installment of "Spider-Man," starring Maguire. So far there is no confirmation that Kirsten Dunst will reprise her role as Mary Jane Watson. However, the actress has reportedly made recent statements regarding her interest to continue with the series, which were positive. In an interview with MTV's Splashpage, Raimi stated, "I hope she'll be written into it. I couldn't imagine making one without her, and I think she's an important part of the movies."[1]

And here's those little tildes. :) (Travis Harris (talk) 19:10, 18 October 2008 (UTC))[reply]

My pleasure...

[edit]

Thank you, Travis. You and "Happy yummi yummi" had both done such a beautiful job already. My gosh, she explained that language so well, I almost feel I can speak it! I hope you don't mind me slipping in with you. (Heidi Grows Up 1938 (talk) 04:46, 20 October 2008 (UTC)).[reply]

Notice

The article Shaker Paleja has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non notable author and actor. Lacks coverage in independent reliable sources. Lacks significant roles in notable productions.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
