Your contributed article, Curt Porter(Offensive Lineman)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Curt Porter(Offensive Lineman). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Michael Moore (offensive lineman). Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Michael Moore (offensive lineman) – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.
If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Altered Walter (talk) 16:16, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
The article Curt Porter has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Never played a professional game. Not notable
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ...William 18:35, 8 January 2013 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Wikipelli. I noticed that you recently removed some content from User:WilliamJE, with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, I restored the removed content. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of Chris Johnson(Rapper)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Chris Johnson(Rapper) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. [edit]Like that involving Michael Carter-Williams, need to be announced before they are official. This hasn't happened yet in his case. Please be patient. Thanks. Rikster2 (talk) 17:10, 7 January 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Toddst1. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Bill Phelps, but you didn't provide a reliable source. Disambiguation link notification for May 22
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of Billboard Mainstream Rock number-one songs of the 2010s, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Disturbed (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 13:03, 22 May 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Dwight Howard. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Specifically per MOS:REPEATLINK, links are generally not repeated. —Bagumba (talk) 11:50, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
