[edit]Hello, I'm Glane23. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Alan Tate, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Geoff Who, me? 16:08, 3 October 2014 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Vincent Tan. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Rijin Talk 16:52, 3 October 2014 (UTC)
Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Steven Gerrard. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and the articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use the sandbox instead, where you are given a good deal of freedom in what you write. Yngvadottir (talk) 17:42, 3 October 2014 (UTC)
Hi Theperfectson: I'm an admin here and I'm telling you it's time to stop now with the jokes, the insertion of opinion, and the slurs against living people. As you've seen, they get reverted pretty fast, but as you have also seen, we warn people who damage the encyclopaedia. And we do eventually block if they don't stop.
I also suggest you save the contents of your user page somewhere off-wiki. It's funny, but it's not strictly according to policy, and it would be better placed on a blog anyway. Yngvadottir (talk) 17:42, 3 October 2014 (UTC)
