AfC notification: Draft:Manifesto for Philosophy has a new comment
[edit]- Pointless and disruptive to reject without qualification. In the author's page (Alain Badiou) there is already a hyperlink leading nowhere for this specific book, and I went to the extent of writing and creating my own abstract for the entire literary work. If you've got nothing to say about the problems of my submission or any technical details I've overlooked, get out of the way. TheoryReader (talk) 21:38, 30 June 2021 (UTC)

The page Draft:Manifesto for Philosophy has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://link.springer.com/article/10.1057%2Fpalgrave.pcs.2100029. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
