Hello Warden, I removed your CSD on this page. The author requested me to delete the other page and move this one in its place. Another editor decided it was not a problem to have 2 versions and removed my CSD. So, I will try it again. -- :- ) Don 15:07, 6 August 2012 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Brian Leveson.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Brian Leveson.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. SuperMarioMan 19:40, 22 September 2012 (UTC)
Your post on ElecticCatfish2's talk page
Hi TheIrishWarden, I'm concerned about your post on User talk:Electriccatfish2, and two parts of it particularly. The first is your comment about that everyone has sockpuppets, whilst I certainly can't comment for everyone I think it's safe to assure you that everyone does not have sockpuppets and if they do have alternate accounts that they are not being used for sockpuppetry. My other concern is your comment about "fun", whilst you make think that blatant breaches of Wikipedia's policies are fun, especially in a way which is very distrustful and disprutive, I can assure you that a great majority of Wikipedia's other editors would certainly not agree, at all, with that comment. I would ask that if you have been engaged in sockpuppetry, that you stop immediately (and consider disclosing those accounts, either here to to ArbCom and make a decision as to whether you are here to build an encyclopedia or have fun at other's expense. Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 15:34, 8 November 2012 (UTC)

I am not a sockpuppet operator and claimed this in protest and anger over electric catfish's blocking. If you look at my edit history I did do anti vandalism etc. my purpose to come back is to do good. I would appreciate if you understood my request. Thanks TIW

There's no evidence that the editor's self-professed sockpuppet abuse isn't true. Beyond this, I see no reason in the unblock request to consider overturning the reasonable block already imposed. Lord Roem ~ (talk) 20:04, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

I fully understand the reluctancy of fellow wikipedians to unblock following my frankly outrageous comments. Please, I was not thinking and claimed this in anger of electric catfish being banned. Electriccatfish2 was blocked (not banned) for one week some three weeks before your admission re sockpuppetry; I do not accept therefore that your explanation is reasonable, and your attitude as to sockpuppetry - fun, as you say - does not lead me to feel that you would be a useful editor here. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:15, 10 February 2013 (UTC)

I was just stupid saying that sock puppetry was common and fun. I know from being on this account it is not and is harmful as I have experienced the effects of it before I was blocked. Electric catfish was a good friend on here to me and he helped me out a lot. I just released my anger without even thinking about what he had done. My words were stupid and really do not reflect my view on Wikipedia and sock puppetry at this present time. You may ask why I want to be unblocked? Well I want to come back stopping vandalism and verifying new pages as I did SO EFFECTIVELY before this ban was issue. I repeat myself that I now understand the extent of electrics offences on here. At the end of the day where is your proof that I ever had a sockpuppets, if you going to refuse this explain WHAT evidence you have. In a court of law I am not guilty without evidence. Whoever is reading this I ask for your word and I truly repent for my stupid words. Of course youvhave to be wary of potential dangerous accounts, but I'm not one and just want to come back and edit peacefully and without trouble. Also the incident was 3 months ago.. Accept reason:
There are some problems with this request. To take your legal analogy, let's say you walked into a police station and confessed to 20 crimes. Do you think they would just say "I don't see any evidence of that get out of here" or do you think you might end up in the back with the detectives? I don't blame Snowolf one bit for blocking you after the way you were behaving, not only claiming to have all these other accounts but out-and-out trolling other user's talk pages about it. You did that, whether you really had all those socks or not. However, you seem to get how stupid it was and I hope I am correct in assuming we won't be seeing any more such outbursts from you in the future. We all make mistakes, I certainly have, but Wikipedians can be a surprisingly forgiving bunch if you own up to what you did, which you have. Welcome back. Hi, would you mind taking another look at your reversion of an IP's edit on Stung Treng? Rollback
Hello, this is just to let you know that I've granted you Rollback rights. Just remember:
- Rollback gives you access to certain scripts, including Huggle and Igloo, some of which can be very powerful, so exercise caution
- Rollback is only for blatant vandalism
- Having Rollback rights does not give you any special status or authority
- Misuse of Rollback can lead to its removal by any administrator
- Please read Help:Reverting and Wikipedia:Rollback feature to get to know the workings of the feature
- You can test Rollback at Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback
- You may wish to display the {{User wikipedia/rollback}} userbox and/or the {{Rollback}} top icon on your user page
- If you have any questions, please do let me know.

Do I have to create another page, with the same name in english? Or have we the possiblity to translate? Thanks!

Hi there WARDEN, AL from Portugal here,
sorry for my manners in S.C. Olhanense (i have a bipolar disorder and have ZERO tolerance for vandalism), but my edits were 200% justified, the first was removing poor English - and an unsourced one! - and the second was reverting vandalism of the highest order OK?

Looks like you just admitted yourself to be Hamish Ross (talk · contribs). In any case you were just joking, using an an open proxy to what it seems like to conceal your whereabouts to vandalize and attack users has earned yourself an indefinite block. Elockid (Talk) 22:08, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
- I was coming here to warn you it was too early to run an RfA, but it looks like that won't be necessary. I hope Elockid is wrong about the socking, as although I've never seen you before you edited my talk page 2 weeks ago, you seem like a nice person and hopefully there is some explanation for the socking and/or use proxies. (This is how I knew you were planning a run.) At any rate even if this block had never happened I would have advised you not to run, and if you do get unblocked I recommend holding off on RfA for at least a year, as people will oppose, rightly or wrongly, for the now-recent blocks. But there are a lot of great things you can do on Wikipedia without being an admin and I hope you can be allowed back in. Please reply. —Soap— 00:10, 1 April 2013 (UTC)

Request reason:
I believe that I have been wrongly accused, I never used proxy to conceal my identity and was editing through this account all last night. I've been editing responsibly for the last 2 months and am certainly nothing to do with IHamish Ross. I got one of his accounts blocked for god sake, last year! I come to wiki in order to edit nicely and revert vandalism and not to be an idiot cause harassment. From my honest mind I'm very confused and slightly upset that someone thinks I've done this. To me the user who has blocked me you have gone wrong somewhere along the line, is your proof I sent an email to CUTKD ( a confessed Hamish Ross sock) through wiki? He was a good friend on here up to when he started attacking. I have never and will never be anything to do with sockpuppetry and don't use proxy rubbish IPs. Plus I want an spi and not be blocked straight off unfairly, user acted too harshly and swiftly. Finally as Paula Abdul once said, “All my life, I have been taught to take the high road, and never to dignify salacious or false accusations. And I have been taught never, never to lie. Not only do I never lie, I never respond to lies, no matter how vicious, no matter how hurtful.” and that is true for me. Thank you Thєíríshwαrdєn - írísh αnd prσud 2:54 am, Today (UTC−5)

A sorry and Unblock request
TheIrishWarden (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I have been very silly and just plain stupid. I am deeply regretting my actions and do apologise to any users I have caused offence towards, I am certainly nothing to do with that toerag that goes by the name of Hamish Ross. I do have an excuse for this frankly inexcusable behaviour, yesterday I received some awful news about a close friend who is in a coma and I am greatly distressed and angry at what had happened, I am in deal shock and just needed to take my anger out on something. I stupidly chose wikipedia to direct my anger and unfortunately posted some harmful messages. I have now stopped and thought, I need to keep myself to myself and keep my distress private and not take it out on others. You must understand I am truly sorry and as from my edit history before I do constantly constructively edit for the counter vandalism cause. I do hope you understand my troubles and accept my excuse. If you want you can put me under a restriction to gain my trust although I can assure you I will make sure that happens. Also my deer fellow editors I am deepely sorry for lying about my involvement and I was just so distressed and simply could not believe that i had done what i had done. Furthermore last night this talk page was vandalised by another ip, this ip is nothing to do with me. There has been a clear effort somewhere to frame me with ip adresses, especially on Elockid's talk page, later last night someone was posting about turtles and chickens looking back at the edit history. I find it very odd that this has started happening as soon as I'm blocked although thats for the admins to solve. In this final sentence i really am truly sorry, the events outside wiki really caused me to cause harm and possibly upset to other users. Deepest regrets : I now really respect anyone who blocked me as they were in their right to do so, although I am really keen to improve the counter vandalism unit and re structure its current state. I just ask you to give me the benefit of the doubt and allow me a second chance. Wikipedia is now an important part of my life and I do love editing on it nicely and safely. These two days having it away really shows how I took granted of wikipedia and everyone on here.
