Hello, I'm Mako001. An edit you recently made to Femi Soyinka seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 09:36, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Warning icon Hi ThadTessy, your edits today to Mark Rothko added a number of sources that are clearly identified as Wikipedia mirrors, such as samplecontents.library.ph, newworldencyclopedia.org, and hellenicaworld.com. Other sources you added there were also inappropriate: dreaminterpretationcouponscom is obviously not an informational website, and it is in fact also a copy of Wikipedia (the version from early November 2020). abebooks is a sales website.

Your interest in improving the sourcing of Wikipedia articles is appreciated, but adding inappropriate sources is not an improvement. The help links added by Kuru above can be useful, and if you have questions about editing you can also visit the Tea house, a forum where friendly experienced editors answer questions from newer editors. --bonadea contributions talk 19:21, 28 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
