- Why thanks. I am enjoying participating in wikipedia's grand information revolution!
I did look at your site, and I am still for removing the link on the basis that people shouldn't post links to thier own sites (sorry). However if you believe that the chart numbers for stars you should add them to that page. Thanks for creating the pages for the other singles though, that had been something I had wanted to do for a while now. However I did notice that you refered to Switchfoot as a CCM band, thats an argument I am staying out of, but I just wanted to let you know that it has been a bit of a debate on the main Switchfoot page. --T-rex 05:12, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
Hi, currentlly I am attempting to reorganize the Switchfoot artical. As you have been a major contributor to the current artical I would first like to have your opinion on it. Thanks[1] --T-rex 00:08, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
"As You Wish"
[edit]Dear Teenwriter, please don't take offence, but I have deleted your article on the subject of "as you wish". This is a common phrase, and in no way encyclopaedic. Maybe it would be acceptable in wiktionary, but not here. Deb 17:58, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
Use of italics
[edit]Hi Teenwriter. I noticed your insertion of italics in this edit and others. It looks like you are using them as scare quotes. If so, that introduces an undesirable point of view. Please let me know if I've misunderstood your use of italics. If you'd like, feel free to review the Wikipedia Manual of Style, which covers the use of italics. Cheers! The Rod 18:13, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- Hmmm, never heard of the term before. I shall endeavor to keep italics "scare-quote" free. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Teenwriter (talk • contribs) .
- Thanks. The Rod 19:27, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
User page
[edit]Your user page has gotten a little large. See Wikipedia:User page for an idea of what user pages are supposed to be for.
I have done some work on Vic Eliason.
Unless you don't want mail from people, you might want to enable emails in your user Preferences.
This article doesn't currently explain how this person is notable under WP:BIO and may be eligible for immediate deletion under WP:CSD. Please expand the article to make that clear. NickelShoe (Talk) 15:54, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
Re: The Da Vinci Code (soundtrack)(thanks)
[edit]It's frustrating that you're an atheist (as you seem like too bright a person to believe in something that is self-contradictory), but thanks for taking care of my messed up "links." Much appreciated!! :-) have an excellent day. --Teenwriter 12:55, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
- That's alright! It was a minor thing to edit the links in order to point them towards the subject of the comment & it makes the page much more neat as a result. Regards, (aeropagitica) (talk) 15:18, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
Ted Dekker
[edit]Would you please provide a source for the facts you contributed to the Ted Dekker article? 63.233.56.188 23:45, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
Stop vandalizing
[edit]This is your final warning. Stop vandalising the Long Way Home page or you will be blocked from further editing.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Chili14 (talk • contribs)
- * I think this warning should be removed. In the first place, this user did not commit vandalism against the Long Way Home page (check the history), and in the second place, since when are "Final Warnings" given as a first warning? I personally think that this accusation was inappropriate. --Dirgni1986 16:05, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
- Striked out as misleading warning, user has been editing User:Dirgni1986 though.--Andeh 04:25, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
I am very sorry
[edit]I am issuing a very heartfelt apology for saying that you vandalised the Long Way Home article when you very clearly did not. I have looked through your contributions and the history of the article and I saw that you never vandalised it. I see that we are both interested in Christian-type music, and I hope to work with you in the future. Again, I am very sorry and I hope you can forgive me.--Chili14 01:55, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
Nevertheless band page
[edit]With reference to the Nevertheless (band) page, I fail to see the importance or significance of the article. Consequently I do not believe that the article should be included in Wikipedia. I would be willing to change my mind if you are able to expand the article in a way that would convince me of the subject's importance. Senordingdong 13:35, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- This was a non-notable band according to the criteria set out in WP:BAND. Perhaps Myspace would be a better location for this information rather than an encylopedia, until the criteria are satisfied. (aeropagitica) 21:59, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
- They are VERY wrong. Too bad that you weren't a member of Wikipedia:WikiProject Contemporary Christian music. We would have helped you fight for keeping this VERY NOTABLE band who have plenty of chart success across the U.S. A major error was indeed made. Time to write an article that will stay! Royalbroil 00:53, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Basil Poledouris
[edit]This edit was inappropriate. Please do not insert unsourced and terribly POV material like this in the future. Regards, Nandesuka 03:32, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
- I think you are unfamiliar with Wikipedia's content policies. There's nothing wrong with that -- everyone has to start somewhere! However, I think you should probably read them carefully and make sure you understand them. Material added into articles need to be verifiable (see WP:V) and needs to cite reliable sources (see WP:RS). The material you added isn't verifiable, and doesn't cite reliable sources. You can't wave your hands and simply say "everyone knows that..." You have to provide citations, and they have to specifically support what you are saying. If you re-add that material again, as it was, I will continue to revert it as inappropriate. Regards, Nandesuka 12:11, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit]License tagging for Image:The-ultimate-gift-poster.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:The-ultimate-gift-poster.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 18:09, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
The Ultimate Gift
[edit]Hello Teenwriter. If you wish to get involved or give input to the discussion that is going on please do so. Neither myself nor ThereFore have exclusive say in this area. Extra input is always appreciated. Bbagot 19:24, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:You-and-me-lifehouse.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:You-and-me-lifehouse.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 01:55, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Brave (song)
[edit]I have nominated Brave (song), an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Brave (song). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:The-end-of-the-spear-poster.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:The-end-of-the-spear-poster.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 02:17, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
Vic Eliason
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Vic Eliason, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Rtphokie (talk) 13:45, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
Image source problem with Image:Stereo-motion.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Stereo-motion.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 23:32, 23 December 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 23:32, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
Image tagging for File:Stereo-motion.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Stereo-motion.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

The article John Reinsch has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- fails WP:POLITICIAN, mayor of small community
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Royalbroil 02:08, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of W. G. Griffiths
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on W. G. Griffiths, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. QVVERTYVS (hm?) 15:42, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Stereoblis
[edit]The article Stereoblis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No evidnce of meeting WP:MUSICBIO or WP:GNG; unref article on living people; has been tagged for notability for over six years, unresolved
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Boleyn (talk) 21:55, 30 August 2014 (UTC)
