Speedy deletion nomination of Talkatora Karbala & Imambara Kaiwan Jah
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Talkatora Karbala & Imambara Kaiwan Jah requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://lucknow.me/Talkatora-Karbala-Imambara-Kaiwan-Jah.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Pokéfan95 (talk) 05:18, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
- Hello, please don't remove the speedy tag from your own article. You may explain at the article's talk page. Thanks, Pokéfan95 (talk) 05:35, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

- Please don't reupload your deleted files on Commons. I gave you a final warning on your talk page on Commons. If you continue to reupload your deleted files there on Commons, you will be blocked from editing on Wikimedia Commons. Thanks, Pokéfan95 (talk) 07:46, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Talkatora Karbala & Imambara Kaiwan Jah. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. —teb728 t c 05:37, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove speedy deletion notices from pages you created yourself, you may be blocked from editing. Pokéfan95 (talk) 11:07, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Imambara Sibtainabad Mubarak
[edit]Hello Tamheed Alam,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Imambara Sibtainabad Mubarak for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. MorbidEntree (talk) 16:56, 20 May 2016 (UTC)
- Your addition has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. JohnCD (talk) 17:09, 20 May 2016 (UTC)
- Tamheed Alam, I was just typing the following explanation:
- I have changed the speedy deletion reason to copyright violation. I see you have already had one article deleted as a copyright violation. This monument is notable, and it would be nice to have an article about it here on the English Wikipedia. But you must not copy text! It is a legal violation for us to publish texts (or images) that are copyright violations. Please read this page. You must summarise the information in your own words. [edit]Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page:
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

Request reason:
Because my intention was not to violate any policy, I am still learning how to edit, and before blocking the user the administrator should send a warning message. The administrator should high lite the copyrighted material before its deletion
Decline reason:
You did get a warning. Here, on May 17. You chose to ignore it. I'm also concerned that you believe it is other people's responsibility to ensure you don't violate copyright. That's entirely incorrect. The responsibility rests solely with you and I'm concerned that you don't understand yet. Yamla (talk) 11:46, 15 June 2016 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
My block should be lifted because I have to make some corrections & upload some photos on the page & I want to add more information on the page & in future I will keep in mind not to copy text from other website. I will collect the information first then I will write it in my own composition with more responsiblity.
Decline reason:
I'm sorry, but I have seen so many cases where copyright law on Wikipedia was misunderstood (and it frequently is), that I am going to need a more substantial response than that. For example, do you know what you can do with photos on Wikipedia that don't violate copyright? Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 12:11, 22 June 2016 (UTC)

You mention uploading photos - as an aside from the copyright violations of text, your uploads to the Commons have been deleted for one reason or another. So, what photos do you want to upload? PhilKnight (talk) 01:35, 19 June 2016 (UTC)
