Table tennis pic, you are invited on a Wikipedia Adventure!
[edit]Hi Table tennis pic!! You're invited: learn how to edit Wikipedia in under an hour. I hope to see you there! Ocaasi |
Any further reverts by you will result in a block. You are not reading the edit summary to fix the problems. 1) NO ALL CAPS. 2) Do references properly. A bunch of refs at the end does nothing. References need to be inline. See WP:REF on how to do this. Ask questions. Ask for help. But no more reverts and no more adding material without references. Bgwhite (talk) 06:22, 30 November 2015 (UTC)
- The page has been protected for 72 hours. Your editing is totally unacceptable. An article is not a big loooooong list with ALL CAPS and bold everywhere. Bgwhite (talk) 02:46, 1 December 2015 (UTC)
- I haven't a clue on what you are doing because you refuse to talk. Articles are not a big long list. A reference section is not a big long list. DON'T USE ALL CAPS!!! Don't use bold everywhere. For Pete's sake, what are you doing? Bgwhite (talk) 05:30, 3 December 2015 (UTC)
- Please do not delete all this data and records,I can try to edit as you say, I will delete few data which may not too important,and also try to change bold letters in small. And please do not delete data because all this data very useful for Sports knowledge. If you think you can edit few things but do not delete the data.
- No, it is not useful. It is way too much. It is presented in a horrible format. There are no references.
- Look at Venus Williams or Rafael Nadal as examples on how an article should be done. Bgwhite (talk) 22:10, 3 December 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Your recent editing history at Mouma Das shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

It is not about Edit war.It is all about feelings for our National Sports person,Say example you have 20 Awards if I tell you please show only 5 Awards, or write only 5 awards in your bio-data instead of 20.Think this way then you can understand it. About blocking or deleting as a Authority of Wikipedia you can,but it is sure in India we loose trust in your site,due to this half hearted work and only 10% information,Now upto you what you want to...Thanks Dear User:Bgwhite Can you please edit this page for us,Any data you want with accurate reference we will provide. Please do this for us...Thanks & Regards

Your recent edits
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:25, 5 December 2015 (UTC)

.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Tito Dutta (talk) 20:00, 5 December 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not keep on adding the same text as the content you are trying to add in Mouma Das is not following Wikipedia policies and guidelines. I strongly suggest you to read these pages:
If you continue to edit-war in the article, you may be blocked from editing. --Tito Dutta (talk) 08:53, 9 December 2015 (UTC)
Dear Mr Tito Dutta
[edit]I know why you try to delete the original details of Mouma Das. You not want that people should know the actual data of A sports person. It is not about edit war it is all about your personal attention to hide all the records of a Sports Person from Bengal.
As your wish we will try to put attention of Indian Sports Ministry regarding this misrepresentation of a Sports person.
- Dear Anonymous editor, please learn the rules pertaining to addition of information in Wikipedia. By edit warring and accusing Tito of bad faith, you are neither helping write a good article on Mouma Das and also sullying your own reputation in this regard. Dont threaten Tito in this manner or you will get blocked from Wikipedia. AshLin (talk) 13:46, 9 December 2015 (UTC)
- Seeing your edits, it seems that you are Mouma Das, or are a friend or relative. Please read Conflict of Interest. If that is true, you need to stop editting this article and allow neutral editors to add to this article. AshLin (talk) 17:52, 9 December 2015 (UTC)

[edit]This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, as you did at Mouma Das, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. John from Idegon (talk) 22:02, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
- John from Idegon Is Indian Sports Person Performance is Spam for Wikipedia,then wikipedia should ban in India....Why you mention all the details as Spam,It is insulting our country.Why you did this John from Idegon,Please give valid reason...waiting for your reply...
- Bull. I am insulting your terrible editing, not your country. If you ever bothered to look at any other Wikipedia page beside this one, you would have noticed that none have anywhere near as many external links as you added. After two months of ridiculously bad edits, you STILL cannot even remember to sign your talk page posts. What exactly is your relationship with the subject of this article? Is it idolization, or are you being paid? And if you cannot construct a sentence in English any better than "Is Indian Sports Person Performance is Spam for Wikipedia,then wikipedia should ban in India....Why you mention all the details as Spam,It is insulting our country", why are you editing on English Wikipedia at all? Competence is required, by policy. How about you make some kind of demonstration that might lead a reasonable person to believe you have the requisite competence to do this? Only add the table. Do not do anything else. Once you add the table, I'll go over it and clean it up. Do not add a huge list of external links. Bgwhite (talk) 22:49, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
- Ok,Sure,I will do it,Thanks
- ONLY add the table. Nothing else. Bgwhite (talk) 08:28, 20 January 2016 (UTC)
- Bgwhite As per your guidance now only table is updated.

The book Book:Mouma Das has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
1 page book. Download as PDF feature is simpler for 1 page.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, books may be deleted for several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated book prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the book's talk page.
Please consider improving the book to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated book prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes still exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and the miscellany for deletion process allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ‑‑Trialpears (talk) 20:16, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
