[edit]Hello SunilKumarAtWiki. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:SunilKumarAtWiki. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=SunilKumarAtWiki|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message.
- Hello there! You have created a number of biographies on the faculty of one particular university. This suggests you could be a paid editor. If so, you need to disclose your conflict of interest as per policy. If you are not paid, or have no close connections with the subjects of your articles (which I find very unlikely), you should also note that independent reliable sources are required to support notability. The university website is not acceptable for the purpose. Do read the decline messages carefully, and implement improvements to your drafts before you resubmit. Regards! Usedtobecool ✉ ✨ 08:16, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
- I notice that you have at least affirmed that these are your professors, in one of your edits. This means you have a conflict of interest even if you are not being directly paid. Please review conflict of interest guidelines linked above, and make necessary disclosures before you continue editing. Thanks! Usedtobecool ✉ ✨ 08:20, 25 August 2019 (UTC)

Request reason:
No any paid reason behind these contributions. Please unblock me I am reading guidelines and removing these contributions from the page. if you provide me procedure it will be helpful for me. Please tell me the method to remove articles.
Decline reason:
It appears that you are unfamiliar with our verifiability policy, with what sources Wikipedia considers reliable, and with the guidelines on notability. Please indicate what edits we could expect from you if unblocked, and give a short summary in your own words of how you would apply those policies and guidelines. Huon (talk) 17:11, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- What appears is actually what you are supposed to type, not type something else to make it appear like the example template. Try again, probably? Usedtobecool ✉ ✨ 13:18, 26 August 2019 (UTC)
- Pinging @Bbb23: as clearly the user is trying to request unblock (looks like the works of a presumptuous visual edit tool; assuming there is an unblock request category somewhere that these aren't populating). Usedtobecool ✉ ✨ 16:52, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
- @Usedtobecool: Next time, if you're intent on helping a blocked user, which I don't understand in the first instance, you should take a closer look at what the user is doing. In this case, that doesn't mean looking at what you can see on this page, but editing this section to look at what the user actually did. I've (reluctantly) fixed it, but the user's addition of nowiki tags made absolutely no sense and, of course, screwed up the unblock template.--Bbb23 (talk) 17:03, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
- As a return of favor, let me explain. Firstly, If we are going to take an apathetic view of a blocked user in need of assistance, why allow the tp-access or the unblock request at all? Secondly, I wished to help, because I'm already involved, this user did nothing sinister except probably trying to score some points with their professors, was always transparent about what they were doing, just didn't know policy. The nowiki tags is what happens when you insist on typing, ignoring warning and template popups in visual edit, not that big a crime for an inexperienced editor. Some CIR issue as they did it twice (to be fair, the instructions don't warn visual edit users), but again, there's an option to request unblock, only fair admins see one when it is used, even if the system fails. Regards! Usedtobecool ✉ ✨ 17:34, 27 August 2019 (UTC)

- Regarding the various drafts, you can just leave them be, and any draft that isn't edited for six months will be considered stale and will be deleted. You don't have to do anything to get them deleted sooner. Huon (talk) 17:11, 27 August 2019 (UTC)
