Herbert von Karajan Supporter

[edit]

Dear Comrade Sundaram7, I will like to let you know that I'am nobody's supporter ,except the convictions of mine. That too as per wiki rules. The particular tenacity I'm showing vis-a-vis this article is due to some reasons, my roots are from the same area as that of this organization ,things Which i not only read in Dailies but also witness in day today life. ie My sorroundings, community neighbourhoods, new tendencies in youth life ,socio-political scenrios,Influence of Gulf expatriates in terms of economy and the brand of relegious ideologies contracted from there. The latest of which I will like to share are the haunting memories of the targetted killings in thiroor, thirooranagdi, thanoor (The RSS-NDF riot). Regarding my disagreement with you on this topic (NDF), I have clearly stated out the point in discussion page,if you are demanding more on the same I'm happy to share those with you.Herbert von Karajan was there in arena much before me. Cheers Liberal Democrat 08:53, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Liberal Democrat[reply]

I will like to insist again ,while making entries I have ardently adhered to the Wiki guidilines, I cant step back from saying your views were also largely based in an opposite way ,this is easily noticeable from the entries made as well as views that have been threshed on the Discussion page and it appeared you were not ready to negotiate on this. Discussion is meant for assimilating all Verifiable points , due to this there is an Edit war going on in this article do understand that in a democratic process divergent factual views needs to co exist on a middle ground, reverting the edit back and forth is not going serve the point of view of both parties. So here it will be pragmatic for us to cut a common ground among all interested parties, keeping this view I will like you to request user Herbert von Karajan to involve in this by notifying him on his Talk page. Liberal Democrat 10:48, 4 September 2007 (UTC)Liberal Democrat —Preceding unsigned comment added by Liberal Democrat (talkcontribs) 10:45, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Again I will like to request you to go by Wiki guideline and not to resort for name calling least it will invite a request for intervention. If you are'nt ready to cut a middle ground with contrarian editors , you should go for Dispute resolution as per wiki policy.--Liberal Democrat 14:15, 6 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who's is a POV

[edit]

1. Why you call it as militant Islamist organisation ? What is your reference fot it? Answer>>I used the description "Right wing Islamic organisation " only check the wiki edits. Extensive mainstream media reports are there to prove. Your version is nothing but a replica of NDF portal.

2. What is your evidence for NDF allegedly encourages Pakistan-backed ISI related activities in Kerala.?

Answer>> http://www.hindu.com/2005/05/14/stories/2005051402780700.htm . For me a report presented by an reponsible Officer under his/ her capacity was more worth while than mouthpiece of an organization, as for you it was other wise. The only placed i used this was under alleged foreign connection added by me and no where else.

3. How you can say It also stands accused of being a propaganda front for numerous Islamic terrorist groups, and for orchestrating the 2002 Marad massacre (see Criticism below)  ?? In 2002, Among the arrseted were workers of Hindutva workers of ARAYASAMAJAM, RSS. Are they Islamist parties? So there is no logic or reference to prove your point. Answer>>I added it is a propaganda front under 2003 Marad massacre not 2002, this too was substaniated citing reports in mainstream media originated from Police and Intelligence agencies, you are threshing up on NDF's view through its portal

4. You changed in sevaral places from the fact as 'claimings' of NDF. Why you don't want to agree on the facts? Answer>>I havenotdone that 5. You are calling Mukuntan C Menon as radical Islamist !!. Why you want to call him this way...? he is not even a muslim!! Answer>>i have not added any thing regarding him. Ihave seen you opiniating him as a "Great human rights Activist". Him being a non-muslim does,nt bar him from associating with muslim group. Is Dr Najma Heptullah, Muqthar Abbas Naqwi associated with Sangh Pariwar Hindus? 6. Why you want to link it to ISI and pakistan? Did any goverment agency prove this? It is just some propaganda of fascist and unpopular parties in india. All parties has their opposition. This party is not an exception.

Answer>>Yes it was reported by a goverment agency "The kerala State Police" the source http://www.hindu.com/2005/05/14/stories/2005051402780700.htm .I do entered articale linking with ISI and pakistan with O.Rs given to question 2

7 It is a new finding from your group that NDF is started by Abdulnassar Madani!! .It looks like LogicaCMG.com / 59.145.142.36, is pedged to defeat this article!. Answer>> You were making the article a propaganda centre for NDF likes it portal. when in got opposed you are frusturated

8 Where in the internview [1] the guy find that the organisation is a right wing? Answer>> Read the 2 articles properly . does it sound for you it is like any other organization as you have stated . 9 What is your reference to prove that NDF is a militant group? Answer>> I used "Right wing Islamic organisation ". can you prove otherwise? 10 What you mean by Fourced Implementaion Of Sharia ?? There is nothing of that information explained in the reference:[2]. This is a real POV! Answer>> I had used "Implementation of relegious code ". After going through the O.R's sited if you didnot find the entries there . I'am surprised. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Liberal Democrat (talkcontribs) 11:24, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed you tried to edit it. Its Ganeshco (who edits from Saudi Arabia I think) who tries to cover up their role in massacring Hindus and torturing non-Islamic activists in Kerala. I have not seen your edits otherwise, but they usually get caught up in ganeshco's edits, at which point I revert.Bakaman 21:45, 23 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Really like to confirm your Identity. In the article related to NDF,Marad_Massarce,you are seen to using references from Jamaat-e-Islami affiliated Madhyamam daily and NDF's Thejas (that too Malayalam Version) to try solving "balancing" the article as you are state, I will like to hear are these Partisan sources ould be added as references. I suggest to take caution to prevent the article to quibble by providing articles from Hindu and Muslim Fundamentalist forces —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.145.142.36 (talk) 11:24, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I dint realize that a user even without having a WP id is the authority to Confirm on something!!. If you are against a couple of organisations and parties, you might feel that all others are against you. In order to write in WP, you need to have a open vision and you should respect others. This is my policy. Regadring your Partisan sources, I dont what is your criteria of WP:Verifiability. I am using all the mainstream news sources in English /Malayalam/Tamil/ Hindi for my references. If you are not able to accept only some of them, then you have a problem. All newspapers and media is someway related to some political, social or religious parties. Prove otherwise. -- Sundaram7 11:41, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Then I request you to check the WP:Verifiability section "Sources in languages other than English". You seems to raise in several occasions regarding POVs on media items even regarding reports from Police , intelligence, governemnt officialas .The only concern raised here is the "mainstream news sources" you have provide do satisfy the NPOVs ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.145.142.36 (talk) 12:28, 2 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Kerala parade 1.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kerala parade 1.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sockpuppets

[edit]

I have blocked a number of accounts identified as your sockpuppets following investigation at Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Pens withdrawn. Be advised that using multiple accounts to comment on or edit the same articles is strictly prohibited. I am not taking action against you at this time, future sockpuppetry will result in temporary blocking of this account as well. Thatcher131 02:22, 26 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing in National Development Front. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. Lionheart5 10:01, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lionheart5 , See the history by yourself. You will see how many edits are being done by you repeatedly. Regadring the 3RR, dont worry about that, there are administration procedures to look after this. Dont bother about this too much. Thank you. -- Sundaram7 10:12, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there are admin procedures, they're called blocks, and you will likely get one unless you follow my advice in the talk page (create a draft in the talk page, and file an RfC to get other editors involved). Lionheart5 10:40, 27 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to volunteer to take the case you filed on 11 February (Wikipedia:Association of Members' Advocates/Requests/February 2007/Sundaram7), as no other advocate seems to have taken it on yet. You specifically requested a non-Indian advocate; I am non-Indian and have never been to India, so I can be neutral in this dispute. If you accept my offer of advocacy, I will change the case status to Open accordingly. Walton Vivat Regina! 20:09, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry

[edit]

It has been proven that you have involved in sockpuppetry. You have been previously warned regarding the same. Hence I have blocked you for 2 weeks. Please do not evade your block during that period, and do not create sockpuppets again. - [User:Aksi_great|Aksi_great] (talk) 18:07, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Aksi_great, this decision and blocking has something odd in it:
  • How I can be a sockpuppet of somebody who are in different countries. All the sock-pupperty case under my id is invalid and they need to be removed. There is only one "SUNDARAM7".
  • Please crosscheck the IP addresses.
  • Also, can you point out any vandals, 3RR, abuses from my side?
  • Why you are not tracking the other users who are really involved in vandalism.
So I suggest to cross check this decision and bring a legitimate decision. The decision from the user:Jpgordon is not truthful and with no evidences. --- Sundaram7 13:12, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Aksi_great, you are just keeping silence on my requset. This doubles my doubts that you are biased on this decision and you are abusing the administrator's rights. This doubles also the doubts that you are bised to some of the POV pushers as mentioned here: [1].Sundaram7 09:05, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

see may answer to Aksi_great in the section Blocked for sockpuppetry in this page. The decision from administrator is a abuse to his power as he has attached users who are even different countries!!.It looks like all the users in my sockpuppetry list are either from a different country or they are from different IP domains. and the users are not related. I am a decent contributors and didnt do any 2RR, vandals or abuses as the blocking policy. There is something odd in the decision of the administrator. Also see the pages [4], [5] for more details. The users are not related to me. You can confirm it from the IP address ranges .Sundaram7 08:57, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Re: Blocked me for sockpuppetry .. why!!

[edit]

I have blocked you because you were engaged in sockpuppetry. The checkuser on your accounts returned a confirmed result. Confirm means no doubt. Hence I had blocked you. I don't know anything about different countries. I don't know how you came to know from which country the other account originated. - Aksi_great (talk) 11:47, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

see my reply at [2].-- Sundaram7 14:15, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I never forced Jpgordon to perform the checkuser. I just asked him why he declined the case. He thought over it again and decided to run the checkuser and gave a confirmed result. Another thing - 59.160.207.14 is not and has never been proved to be Hkelkar. Hkelkar also edits from USA. If you want to continue playing this game, please play it somewhere else, not on my talk page. - Aksi_great (talk) 14:25, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
What is wrong in discussing this matter in your page[3]?. I want to discuss this one place rather than sevaral different places.-- Sundaram7 08:56, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What is the base for sockpuppetry confirmation

[edit]

You said: "You have confirmed that I am sockpuppet of many users from declining the my requset for unblocking[4]. Could you let us know what is the basis for this confirmation."

Basis for the confirmation is Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Pens withdrawn. If you want any more details, you can try contacting the person who performed the checkuser. --Yamla 15:41, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent checkuser request

[edit]

You recently submitted a request for checkuser at Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Pens withdrawn. A clerk has moved your request to Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Non-compliant temporarily; this does not mean the request has necessarily been accepted or rejected, as clerks are generally concerned with maintenance and upkeep, not making decisions on the merit of any given request. Please select and provide one code letter from the top of WP:RFCU, and then follow the instructions in the box at the top of Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Non-compliant. Thank you for your co-operation. anthony[cfc] 18:00, 16 April 2007 (UTC), checkuser clerk[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on File:Mukundan c menon.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Fair use rationale for File:Ndf psunami fund.gif

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Ndf psunami fund.gif. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion.
