[edit]Welcome, again! To start an article, a good way for a beginner is to use WP:Articles for creation, where there is good advice and a blue "Click here to create an article now!" button.
Read WP:Your first article for advice. One important thing: you wrote that you would like to write about "celebrities and what I know about them". Your personal knowledge is not a good basis for an article: Wikipedia requires sources, because of the Wikipedia:Verifiability policy that "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source."
Celebrities' lives are fairly well documented, so you should be able to find sources, but (particularly in WP:Biographies of living persons) unsourced material such as gossip and personal opinions is likely to be removed. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 22:28, 19 February 2016 (UTC)
