[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added such as to the page Mars Volta The Lowdown do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Sites which are there primarily to sell CDs do not make good references for demonstrating notability in wikipedia. Please see WP:RS for and WP:NALBUMS for information on which references will help demonstration notability. RadioFan (talk) 11:24, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Ralph Jasso. Our verifiability policy requires that all content be cited to a reliable source. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:14, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

Dealing with attack pages
[edit]Hi. With Alexa blanco just now, you were quite right to blank the page, but you should also have tagged it {{db-attack}} (or {{db-atk}} or {{db-g10}}, which are equivalent). That puts it in a high-priority queue for admin attention to get it deleted (after it has been blanked the attack is still there in the history), and also generates a suitably fierce message for you to copy to the author's talk page. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 17:34, 10 January 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for the information. I knew that I should done something like that but I didn't remember how so I just took away all the text since I thought it could have been harmfull.--Stiligknubbis (talk) 18:00, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
