Speedy deletion nomination of Food.empowerment.design
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Food.empowerment.design requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Karl 334 Talk--Contribs 20:44, 21 May 2013 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Food empowerment design
[edit]The article Food empowerment design has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Primary source only, notability not demonstrated
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dawn Bard (talk) 19:16, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

Changes made to talk pages 18-DEC-2019
[edit]Hello! I have reverted the changes you made to Talk:Robert Zimmer because those changes did not make use of the guidelines at WP:REDACTED. Those state that when an editor posts after you, changes made to your previous posts must make use of strikeout font for items which are to be disregarded and underlined font for added items. Nothing should be revised or deleted. Once an editor has replied after you, please ensure that the only changes you make to your older posts make use of that formatting. Thank you! Your affiliation with the University of Chicago
[edit]Hello,
I noticed that you have disclosed your affiliation with the University of Chicago on your user page. I appreciate this step of transparency. However, there may be some issues with your contributions to University of Chicago-related article with respect to Wikipedia's Conflict of Interest policies, which you should be aware of.
Recently, you made several contributions to Paul Alivisatos. That included the upload of File:Paul Alivisatos University of Chicago President September 2021.png, a file to which you attributed yourself as the creator of the work and wrote [[User:StickerMug|The University of Chicago Office of Communications]]. in the authorship line. This strongly suggests that you are an employee of the University of Chicago Office of Communications.
If your association with the University is significant enough to create a conflict of interest, you are strongly discouraged from directly contributing to articles. Instead, you should discuss potential improvements on the talk page. A conflict of interest does not mean that you have done anything wrong or made bad contributions. As the relevant policy page says, "That someone has a conflict of interest is a description of a situation, not a judgement about that person's opinions, integrity, or good faith.
If your conflict of interest exists because you are employed by the University of Chicago and edit Wikipedia as an explicit or implicit part of your job, you must also disclose that information on your user page and on the talk pages of affected articles. Preferably, this information would be more specific than "I am affiliated with the University of Chicago." It should specify that you are a paid editor, not just that you are affiliated with them.
The copyright status of the image you uploaded may require verification, but I will discuss that on your Wikimedia Commons user page.
