- The lead doesn't quite do the job it needs to do. It's supposed to be a summary of all the major points of the article. You want the big things in there, not the processes. So rather than saying
Anderson and her colleague Harold A. Goolishian began researching a new technique...
say "Anderson pioneered a new technique which..." - Link terms that the average reader would be unfamiliar with, including Union Institute & University
In the 1980's...
- use 1980s rather than 1980's- Don't use "Dr" - Wikipedia articles don't use honorifics
- Bring the "Research" section up before "Associations" section. You should also add a Career section (though you can merge that with the Career section)
- References go after punctuation, and there shouldn't be a space between the reference and whatever is right before it.
- Trim the publications substantially. You want a few important ones.
