I've got it
Well now that WWII is a GA, I've been looking for another article that we can work on. I've taken a look at Eastern Front (World War II), Battle of France, World War I and others but I think that Battle of the Netherlands is the next one we shoudl get to GA status. I attempted a GA of it back in november but it failed. We need the citations fixed along with adding other citations. I've got the adding citations part down but I'll need you to go around and fix the existing ones. This time, I'm not going to skip around and abandon the project like I have with other ones. I'll work on it all of the way until it gets to GA status.--Coldplay Expért Let's talk 20:46, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'm on it! Actually I'm not. But I will be tomorrow! Don't worry about abandoning things halfway, you can always come back them; it's good to have a few things going at once. Otherwise you run out of stuff to do, like me, Lord Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 20:57, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
- I'm going to start uploading maps showing the occupation of the Netherlands day by day. I started on it a while ago but stoped. Anyway, I'll see you working there tomorrow.--Coldplay Expért Let's talk 21:09, 6 March 2010 (UTC)

Hey, you're using one of these now! Why didn't you make your userboxes transparent though? Do you not know how?-Jakkinx 20:51, 7 March 2010 (UTC)
- Nice to see you're back. And yeah, my old colours looked a bit...tacky. I imagine everyone'll have this format in, say, seven years. There's still one or two tweaks I need to make to it, I'll transparent-ificate(?) the userboxen then (though you can do it for me if you like (:). Nice image though, isn't it. It's fire!! Lord Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 20:59, 7 March 2010 (UTC)
- I love the image, I'm so jealous of it :) I might get around to making the Userboxes transparent in the next few days. You can add more, you know. I also need to get my signature working...it's so messed up...-Jakkinx 21:20, 7 March 2010 (UTC)

Robbie Ray Cyrus
This redirect resulted from a now-blocked sockpuppeteer creating an article at Robbie Ray Cyrus which was a copypasta of Billy Ray Cyrus with some false info (mostly false chart positions) added. Help on New Mexico
Hello, Spongefrog. I am working on getting New Mexico to GA class. White Shadows reviewed the article, and he suggested asking you to help me. So, would you please help me improve that article? Thank you for your consideration. NERDYSCIENCEDUDE (✉ message • changes) 04:23, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
- Right, I'll take a look (I'm actually an extremely inactive member of Wikipedia:WikiProject New Mexico for some reason, helping here'll clear my conscience). I'm generally only good for formatting/cleanup sort of stuff, etc (specifically to references), so I can't expand/write too much, but I'll do what I can, Lord Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 11:51, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for the help filling in details in the article! I have not actually watched all of Eye of Indra, so I was mostly relying on summaries and articles from reliable gaming sites. Little rant here – if you haven't already, can you watchlist all of the novel articles and periodically check up on them? for some reason they seem to attract childish vandalism. The coherence of the Stormbreaker plot slowly broke down over the past nine months, and in the Eagle Strike one someone had written "you can find out if you read the book". Like, what in the world? I just watchlisted all of them but I could use another pair of eyes. Thanks. hbdragon88 (talk) 04:03, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
- I know exactly what you mean, it often goes weeks without being noticed too. I guess it must be due to the less mature part of the target audience. I had to request protection for Skeleton Key (novel) at one point, but that was a while back. Anyways, I've got a few watchlisted already for that reason, but I'll be happy to add the rest, Lord Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 10:10, 11 May 2010 (UTC)

Grab some glory, and a barnstar
Hi, I'd like to invite you to participate in the Guild of Copy Editors July 2010 Backlog Elimination Drive. In May, about 30 editors helped remove the {{copyedit}} tag from 1175 articles. The backlog is still over 7500 articles, and extends back to the beginning of 2008! We really need your help to reduce it. Copyediting just a couple articles can qualify you for a barnstar. Serious copyeditors can win prestigious and exclusive rewards. See the event page for more information. And thanks for your consideration. monosock 03:28, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
- Ah hell, I'd love to. But I really don't have the time to commit to anything right now. Unbelievably, ridiculously busy irl, Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 21:31, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
Reviewer user-right
Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. – B.hotep •talk• 22:28, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
- Sure, they finally got the damn flagged revs, but did it really have to be the same day I semi-retire??? Well, maybe I'll be back around July-ish. Thanks for the rights/message anyways, Bubba, Spongefrog, (I am Czar of all Russias!) 20:47, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, I sort of did it pre-emptively, so that when you come back, you'll be ready to go! – B.hotep •talk• 20:49, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

Hello, spongefrog, long time no see. I know you are gone, so I have a gift for you for when you return--A userbox that I created:
This user drinks so much milk, his bones can cut diamonds. |
Think of it as a return for the favor which I asked of you so long ago: to use some of your userboxes.
I know this is not about wikipedia, but I couldn't help it. I do try to be good...maybe I should retire too. I think I will, because I never do anything on here now days. I will say my good by's now, because I may never be back. See you who knows when! Paperfork ♠ 15:38, 5 August 2010 (UTC)
