Robert McKinnell moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Robert McKinnell, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. So many revisions to an article
[edit]Hello SS,
In Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Hospitals#How_to_go_about_lengthy_revisions_to_lists you typed, "I'm afraid that so many revisions to the article will be annoying if I keep publishing changes and updating over and over again. But how else would I go about it?"
One possibility.
- Open editing on the target page.
- Click in the edit area to focus.
- Execute "select all". In my system <Ctrl>+<A>.
- Execute "copy". In my system <Ctrl>+<C>.
- Open your sandbox.
- Execute "select all".
- Execute "paste". In my system <Ctrl>+<V>.
- Edit and preview iteratively in your sandbox until satisfied with the result.
- Invert the preceding process to replace the old source text in the target page with the new.
Multiple changes in your sandbox won't bother anyone. The target page will undergo only one change.

- Thank you! Will do! SparklingSnail (talk) 00:45, 10 July 2022 (UTC)

"removed hospitals that were not notable"
[edit]for List of hospitals in Texas you removed about 100 hospitals from the list as "not notable" - WP:HOS discusses notable hospitals deserving an article, but the list articles should accurately contain all pertinent items, without needing to meet a notability requirement. -TG 18:51, 26 July 2022 (UTC)
Hello, SparklingSnail,
This category consista of subcategories organized by year. Please don't start combining small categories and make a few subcategories organized by decade. It's better to keep the small categories rather than have a category which haa some subcategories organized by year and others by decades. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 20:19, 10 October 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:1900s Japanese novels
[edit]A tag has been placed on Category:1900s Japanese novels indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself. Liz Read!
