Megan's Peer Review

A couple of typos need to be fixed. There's one in the first sentence, and the second paragraph could probably be split into two sentences. I would suggest maybe adding one or two more references and expanding more of the information if possible. I think you could go into more detail in the first paragraph especially. Possibly find more information on the small number of cases in the US or specify which other countries were affected the most by the epidemic. Otherwise I think this was a good first draft!
