User talk:Some random serbian
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Some random serbian, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to 2022 annexation referendums in Russian-occupied Ukraine does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

- Actually, I wanted that article to have a neutral point of view, not a biased view, which is either in favour of Russia and Ukraine. So I deleted that sentence because it looks like a biased view in favour of Ukraine. Some random serbian (talk) 06:25, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
- Exactly, please take a look at WP:NPOV. It doesn't say that we are to choose a middle position between two points of view. It says that we report what reliable sources say. And there simply is no reliable source supporting the Russian point of view in this case. See WP:RS for an explanation about what reliable sources are. Rsk6400 (talk) 06:35, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, but that really depends by yourself. You'll get a source which favours Ukraine if you support Ukraine [which most people do]. Some random serbian (talk) 09:12, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
- No, the rules for reliable sources are quite clear, see WP:RS. The reason why Russian state-controlled media are not among reliable sources is exactly that they are state-controlled. On the other hand, not all free media are considered reliable, only if they have shown their reliability over a certain period of time. Rsk6400 (talk) 10:00, 24 September 2022 (UTC)
- Actually, I agree by that. But Ukraine doesn't have much free media as Western countries or USA either. Some random serbian (talk) 10:14, 24 September 2022 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 5
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Medoševac (Niš), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Crveni Krst. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]Hello. Why did you create a user page for another user at User:Billbailey=legend? They haven't made any edits in almost 16 years. Hey man im josh (talk) 20:26, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
- don't know xd Some random serbian (talk) 20:46, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
- So you have no reason for creating a user page for another person? That seems odd. For future reference, do not create user pages for other editors. Hey man im josh (talk) 20:53, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
