User talk:Snehasrivastava1
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Snehasrivastava1, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Draft:Culenz, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Culenz
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Culenz, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Speedy deletion nomination of CresTech Global
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on CresTech Global, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement of https://www.crestechglobal.com/about.php. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Your contributed article, How to clear search history on google
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, How to clear search history on google. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Privacy concerns regarding Google. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Captain Calm (talk) 05:02, 23 September 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Snehasrivastava1. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Snehasrivastava1. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Snehasrivastava1|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Praxidicae (talk) 14:11, 23 September 2020 (UTC)

Request reason:
I was a new Wikipedia user and was trying to understand the terms and policies of Wikipedia. Meanwhile, I created few pages which were declared as promotional by Wikipedia. The intent was not for promotion. I promise to create articles in my sandbox and wait for the Wiki admins to approve it before publishing. I will not publish any content which violates wikipedia's policy. I request the admin to give me a chance so that could be of some help for this encyclopedia in the future. Apologies for the inconvenience. One chance is all I am requesting. Snehasrivastava1 (talk) 04:59, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
At Articles for Creation any editor may review an article, not just administrators. If you agree to use Articles for Creation, that is a good step, but we will still need to know what topics you want to edit about, and explain what was wrong with your prior edits, as well as describe your connection to the topics you edited about. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 09:12, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Snehasrivastava1 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I agree to use articles for creation going forward. I would be interested in editing topics related to technology. Earlier, I was not aware about the wikipedia policies where we are not supposed to submit any article which might seem to be a promotional content. The topics I had covered until now were based on my reading on technology related blogs and when I saw that those are not covered in Wikipedia and thought of making them a part of this encyclopedia. Now I know that we cannot do that. Hoping for a chance so that I can start contributing as per Wikipedia Guidelines using Articles for creation Snehasrivastava1 (talk) 09:26, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
The fact that multiple articles of yours were just deleted for being advertorial on Simple English Wikipedia suggests that unblocking you here would be an unwise action. I don't know whether you are being paid or not, but there's a firm indication that you are don't want or can't edit sufficiently neutrally. Nosebagbear (talk) 20:45, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Given that you're willing to use AfC, I'm willing to consider unblocking you. I'll say a couple things and have a couple questions, though. First, you ought to review What Wikipedia is not, since one inappropriate article you wrote was basically a "how to" manual. That kind of thing is not appropriate. Also, I doubt you read about jewelry companies and musicians on tech blogs, unless you're reading some pretty unusual ones. That being the case, please answer whether you are being paid or compensated to edit Wikipedia, including being asked or expected to do so as a duty of employment or internship. If so, that's not forbidden, but you would need to make the mandatory disclosures, and it appears an awful lot like that's the case here. Additionally, do you understand what we mean when we talk about a neutral point of view? Seraphimblade Talk to me 10:14, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
- I will go through 'What Wikipedia is not' and would use AFC for creating articles. In would also go through the 'Mandatory disclosure' for the future in case I got for paid editing. I understand the neutral point of view which means that the editor is not supposed to present any opinion as this is a fact-based site, not an opinion based forum. I will go through all the beginner guides in Wikipedia and assure you to not violate any policy of Wikipedia. Snehasrivastava1
- So, you are saying you are not, currently, being paid or compensated to edit? Seraphimblade Talk to me 18:07, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
- Currently I am not paid to make any edits on Wikipedia. And in future, I want to be an active volunteer on Wikipedia contributing meaningful content. I am reading all the guides available here for a beginner and making myself aware of the dos and don'ts. I request you to help me here by unblocking my account.
- I see. Since I do not believe that you are being truthful, I will not unblock you. Since you have an unblock request up, another admin can decide if they are willing to. Seraphimblade Talk to me 18:49, 1 October 2020 (UTC)
- I request the admins to allow me to contribute using AFC and I confirm that I would not be submitting any page otherwise. Snehasrivastava1 (talk) 05:38, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Snehasrivastava1
- Should any admin consider unblocking them, I feel that you should be informed that this user is still violating the Wikimedia TOU by continuing to spam/edit for pay on other projects: see here. Praxidicae (talk) 12:57, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
Any advice that what could be done or what content should I delete so to fulfill the requirement by wiki? We are actually quite lost about this. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.255.152.142 (talk) 02:06, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
