1. If an article was created less than 48 hours ago and is entirely a copyright violation from a commercial content provider, i.e. no permission seems likely, you can skip the copyright process and instead tag the page for speedy deletion, using {{db-copyvio|URL of the source}}. See WP:CSD for more.

1. When you tag an article as a copyright violation, you should blank all the violating text from the page. This is so that content mirrors do not pick it up and spread the violation further.

Just out of interest, there's nothing in the Koran about not depicting Mohammed; this is another of those "essential" facts about Islam that rouse intense mob-feelings in many Muslims that's actually mot essential at all. There are important Muslim figures of the past who have depicted Mohammed. All islamic rules are determined by 3 sources.

First one is Koran itself.

Second one is the Sunnah that is how our prophet lived and what he said and adviced about islam. Sunnah is very reliable for us because our prophet lived how God ordered him to(Like other prophets)

Third one is "icma and kıyas". Icma and kiyas are applied when there is certainly not a clear definition about that matter in Koran and sunnah. Icma means that based on sunnah and koran, islamic scholars agree on something that is not specified in koran obviously. Kıyas is comparison. When there is a problem about something which is also not very obvious in kuran or sunnah, the origin and reason of the problem are found. Other similar problems which are caused by this reason and mentioned in Koran or sunnah are investigated and the decision about this matter is made by scholars.

Please note that icma and kiyas never produce something new but clarifies what is not easily noticable and it is done by scholars with great care.

In the light of above mentioned rules, I have some questions.

Are you a muslim? I am pretty sure u r not. So how can you come up with a nonsense idea about something you even dont have any idea about?

Have you ever read koran? I bet you probably heard it from someone else.

eating pork is strictly forbidden in Koran. It doesnt mention about a sausage or salami made of pork? Can anyone claim koran only forbids eating pork meat itself but it is nothing to do with salami.

Or what if a new animal is hybridized from pork and sheep by scientists(lets assume that it was succeeded). We will be pretty sure we muslims cannot eat it judging from icma and kıyas. Can you claim it is not mentioned in koran?

Who are those important islamic figures I dont know? Please give names. As a knowledgable person about islam, Why dont I know these islamic figures who broke such a basic rule?

Last but not least, Dont call islamic rules as taboos.

To the admins of wikipedia, I unterstand your reluctance about this discussion but this post I wrote is an informative post to preclude misunderstanding and misallegations about islam more than an argument. Moving the image

You reverted my edit moving the image of the cartoons down, saying that the consensus was to keep the image. I did not delete the image, I just moved it "below the fold", so observant Muslims who might be offended by the image can choose not to see it, and others, who wish to see the image, can. Removal of material from "Roma People" article

On my "talk" page, you wrote:

Actually, the "original research" sentence was the other sentence I removed, so that was my mistake. Yours was just plain badly written (and in non-idiomatic English), plus unsourced so far as I can tell. Amazing Luck w/Bot AWB

Hi!

• Amazing luck you used AWB cleaning up Assiti Shards series now. I wanted to find someone category savvy to point out a system wide need, and you've got some software support to make the coincidence serendipitous! Would you be interested in fixing up a system wide mal-application of categories due to ignorance, and hence of massive errors of ommission? Please take a look at

CAT: Novel Sequences and CAT: Series of Books. By the definition of each, many works qualify for both, yet have only one, and more often, much of what is in the Series should be in the former.

A similar lack of knowledge of what should be a wider categorical membership, resulting in other systemic errors of ommission is present for the general categories involving membership in a milieu.

Thus, take a peek at the boiler plate list of project cats on Talk: 1632 series, and you should be able to see what I mean about 'universe' categories which are the ones I'm meaning.

I need to get back to my edit. But I accept email and will get back to you immediately if your examination of how the wider categories thereon are drasticly under populated from being under applied.

You may safely ignore the various project specific categories begining '1632-' as I spent a whole day with them. :( Sorry the list is in haphazard order, I've been very busy editing and expanding this neglected project.

William Rufus Devane King

I don't know by what process a Danish high school student sets himself up as an expert on William Rufus King, but I assure you that the information I added to his article is all perfectly factual. I attended an afternoon-long lecture in the William Rufus King room at the Alabama State Historical Archive. These facts have also been referred to in various journals.

Incidentally, the room contains many beautiful pieces of porcelain he acquired during his time at the court of Louis Philip. Do drop by sometime; perhaps you may learn something about this great Alabamian, for whom I am named.

As far as I can see, then you haven't changed the article and added the information again. If it is correct, then why didn't you add it again? Besided I googled for information about him and couldn't find any places where it was mentioned! You recently added a cleanup tag to the Scientology controversy article. I would appreciate it if you would outline the reasons for this on the article's talk page. There are many editors willing to help fix the article and clean it up, and we are willing to discuss the issue on the talk page. But if we aren't provided with the specific reasons for you insertion of the tag it makes it almost impossible that we will be able to fix the article and remove your tag in a reasonable time frame. The general problem with this article, is in my opinion, that it doesn't bold the name of the article which is required acording to WP:MOS. The quotes section is poorly formatted as well. Copyrighted Material RE: Lombardi Software

I am not sure I understand. I work for Lombardi Software and we would like to put up a description of our company on Wikipedia. I see many companies who do it such as Business Objects (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_Objects_%28company%29) or many others. What is the process for publishing our company information without you removing it?

Well there is no problem with having an article about an company, as long as the company is notable enough. The reason I said the article should be deleted was because it was copied directly from your homepage, and as far as I could see that page was not released under the GLPL. You have to remember that everything you write on wikipedia is released under GLPL, which means that everyone can use the text and not only Wikipedia, and that you CAN'T claim copyright for it. You also have to remember that Wikipedia is written without point of view, i.e. you would probably not be able to copy a company profile directly as they tend to be very one-sided.

But if you can live with these requirements then there shouldn't be a problem with adding the article. Just send me an e-mail at snailwalker __AT__ hotmail __DOT__COM__ or write me here at the talk-page and I'll be happy to help you out!

Hello. I noticed that you've changed the format of the Featured Article section of Portal:Physics so that it points to a different page each week.
