Two of the references are to the Improvement Service's own website, and thus not WP:INDEPENDENT. The lgiu reference is written in first person ("At the Improvement Service [IS] we had already recognised"), so clearly not independent either. The ukauthority article is an interview, which we generally don't consider to be independent for the purpose of establishing notability.

The reason left by RoySmith was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: The last time I reviewed this, I noted specific problems with each of the sources. It was resubmitted with only the trivial change of using a different page from the same website of one of the sources and not touching anything else.

Please do not resubmit without reading WP:GNG to understand what we need in the way of sources. Asking for assistance at WP:TEA may also be beneficial.

Hello. Your recent edit to North Kesteven School appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline.
