Hello. Do you intend to work on Cape Verdean emigrants to New Jersey and Portuguese emigrants to New Jersey? They can't stay empty while in the article namespace. If you want I can move them to the draft namespace so you can freely develop them without having to worry about them being tagged for speedy deletion. We have thousands of existing categories that cover films, television, actors and artists. I don't think this one is adding anything new to the existing Wikipedia category hierarchy. Before you think about creating new categories, make sure that similar ones don't already exist.
