Simon25471 (talk) 19:14, 12 December 2019 (UTC)Hi there, thanks for the constructive feedback. I am new to this so thank you for your patience. I have read the guidelines on reliable sources. I am writing this article about one of my employees. He has won two major academic medals and the sources are the Institute of Physics and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. These are both globally recognised professional bodies. I am struggling to work out how more reliable a source can be. I don't mean to be facetious. I am just a bit lost. Any more specific comments on the references would be great. I apprecaite you are a volunteer giving up your time for this.Simon25471 (talk) 19:14, 12 December 2019 (UTC)
