Re: Nahshon_Dion_Anderson
[edit]Hi, thanks for contacting me.
I read what you had to say, and here are my comments:
You say that you are 'Edwin' in Hiding in Hip-Hop - however, I cannot find any evidence about this in reliable, independent sources - only your word, which is not sufficient for Wikipedia's verification purposes. Also, looking at the mentions of 'Edwin' in the book, I do not see that they meet the criteria for showing that 'Edwin' meets the notability criteria for Wikipedia - they are mainly about your sexuaality, with a couple of mentions that you worked on the show. The mentions that I see for you yourself ('Nahshon Anderson') is a name check in a list of names in the acknowledgements. That is insufficient for anything in Wikipedia!
All in all, I see nothing to show that you meet the criteria for inclusion in Wikipedia. Also, it should be noted that my role in the AFD was to judge the consensus of those who contributed to the discussion, not to make my own judgement on the matter (if I wanted to do that, I'd add a comment myself)!
Finally, it is strongly recommended that people do not create articles about themselves (or ask a friend or colleague to do it) - if you are truly notable, then sooner or later someone will create an article, using independent information from reliable sources! The criteria to be met is shown at the Notability Guidelines (and the guidelines for people can be found here) - and Wikipedia's FAQ about writing an article about yourself can be found Here.
Again, thanks for reaching out, and I am sorry that I cannot tell you what you want to hear!
