As ‎RHaworth said in her edit summary. you can blank the content of your talk page yourself. There are a few exceptions that cannot be blanked such as active block notices. See WP:BLANKING.

Your draft article at User:Sherrif2966/Pez Gordo will need work before it is acceptable. See WP:FIRST (which I believe is one of the links that was on your page before it was blanked). Note that you will not be allowed to keep that draft in your userspace indefinitely. There's no problem if you are working on it and it is a potential article, but if you are just trying to keep a copy of a failed article it will eventually be deleted form your userspace.
