Peer Review: Training and development
[edit]The outline you have created looks like a strong start. I agree that the history section could use expansion and that adding sources would help strengthen the benefits section. I would suggest that in addition to improving the existing sections, you could add a new subsection. You could also improve the article by adding links to other pages. This topic seems to overlap with many similar ideas, so adding links would make those concepts more accessible to readers. Otherwise, this looks like a fantastic outline. I am excited to see where you go with the article.
