I might mistakenly specify the copyright. I got the logo from their website. My intension was purely to just get it uploaded and added to the article. Again it was due to my carelessness. To fix that you must first immediately without delay go to Commons and request deletion of the logo. Logos are typically uploaded to this Wikipedia locally under "fair use" rules; Commons cannot host fair use images. Images are not relevant to the draft process, which only considers the text and sources. Images can wait until the draft is actually in the encyclopedia.

You did not describe your connection to the Center. I see that you also edited about it on the Thai Wikipedia(where you are also blocked)- why have you edited about this center?

Regarding your draft, it is only sourced to their website. Wikipedia articles summarize what independent reliable sources choose on their own to say about topics that meet our criteria, what we call notability- like a notable organization. We don't want to know what the center says about itself, only what others choose to say about it and what makes it important/significant/influential. Writing a new article is the most difficult task to attempt on Wikipedia, and we usually recommend that new users first gain experience and knowledge by editing existing articles, to learn how Wikipedia operates and what is expected of article content.
