Hi Serge, Need help!

Hey, I hope you're doing well and I needed some help. I just read this article Wikipedia:Right to vanish and could you please explain it to me, I would like to delete my account but from what I know that cannot happen, so I have blanked my User and Talk pages, should i now send a name change request to Vanished User... and then start a fresh new account as that's what I want to do. I'd be thankful for any help! Thank you! HimuTheEditor (talk) 13:36, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

Vanishing is when you want to leave Wikipedia entirely and disassociate from it. You should not vanish when desiring to do a Wikipedia:Clean start. Doing so gives the appearance of trying to avoid scrutiny, and both Vanishing and clean starts are not meant to be used in such a way. It can be viewed as sockpuppetry. -- ferret (talk) 14:47, 27 February 2022 (UTC)
Oh, I see. I just read the article you linked above and according to it, I can just create a new account and can stop editing from this one, as long as i dont use my new account to make edits that i made from here that'd disputes, and if i currently dont have any blocks or anything on me, is that right? HimuTheEditor (talk) 16:39, 28 February 2022 (UTC)
Hello, is anyone there? please help with my query. thank you! HimuTheEditor (talk) 14:18, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
Hi Himu. Honestly, I'm not all that well versed with all the "vanishing". I've always been of the mindset that, if you want to stop editing, just merely stop editing. Sergecross73 msg me 14:21, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
I'm of the view that if you feel your past editing wasn't up to snuff so you want a clean start to build a fresh reputation, very very few people are successful at this. Soon or later, someone notices little behavior tells. And instead of thinking of Clean Start, they open an SPI. Then you risk being sockpuppet blocked, though a clean start with no overlap should be easy to appeal. In short: Just keep editing and do better. Reputations improve over time. -- ferret (talk) 14:48, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

Blatant bias on Do We Have a Problem?

Hi. As per the guidelines for disruptive edits, I'm approaching you, an admin, as my next step in the mess that's happening in the said article by a biased, fandom-driven editor. Please look into the article's edit history. User RogueShanghai is a fan of Nicki Minaj and is constantly making disruptive edits by forcing the commercial performance to only focus on the first-week numbers and ignoring the second-week peak of the song in order to disregard "the bad stuff". They cannot even tolerate a single line about the second week performance. This is blatantly a WP:NPOV violation. They won't let me correct the article, by constantly reverting my edits, eventhough they exceeded their three-reverts as per WP:3RR, yesterday. However, they claim I'm biased for trying to neutralize the article. Today, they reverted me again and I'm tired. I do not know how to handle this. ℛonherry 16:49, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

And I've been once again reverted, seconds ago, by another account that joined "2 months ago", with no edit summary cited. I was also reverted by an ip yesterday as well. This is feeling like WP:SOCKPUPPETRY or a bunch of Minaj fans playing. I don't not wish to restore my edit by reverting. But this is all weird to me, and I think an admin needs to look into this and assess the article's neutrality. Thanks. ℛonherry 16:56, 1 March 2022 (UTC)

Another similar edit dispute to Do We Have A Problem? is bubbling up at Trollz (song). I ask that you take a look at it, as it is related to the former dispute. Thank you. shanghai.talk to me 10:05, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

I've given you both final warnings for edit warring and AGF/NPA violations instead. I'll mediate but you guys need to talk civilly about the content, not endless complain about one another. Sergecross73 msg me 14:13, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

Editors who've been here since 2006 who have terrible attitudes

Hey Serge. Not saying this needs your attention/intervention but just want to know if you have any thoughts. Over the years I've come across editors who have terrible, anti-collaborative attitudes who just seem to not even know the basics of how to behave here and it baffles me. Most have pretty low edit counts and stick to one very limited area, which usually speaks to the fact that they don't spend much time here despite being registered for so long, but anyway... Last month, I came across the article Life Is Yours (album), which was created by the editor Temp144 (who has been here since 2006). It was in a very poor state and the group had not formally announced the album yet (they only did so today). So I redirected it. Five hours later, Temp144 restored it and said "I've cited my sources, keep changing it though, I'll just change it back the same. I have nothing but time." I only just saw this edit summary, and left a message on their talk page saying they can't expect to get their way on Wikipedia by way of brute force, and edit warring will get them blocked if they intend on continuing with their terrible attitude. I also felt compelled to point out that saying to somebody "I have nothing but time" to...restore an article on a website is not something to threaten or brag about, it actually sounds quite pathetic. I must say I'm very surprised. Now, you know I can come off as combative but I have never said to anybody here "I'll just keep changing it back, I have all day" or the like. What do you make of all this? Can anybody get through to these editors or is it a waste of time unless they do start actually edit warring? Ss112 16:25, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

Yeah, I've come across some editors like that, and it's not okay for them to act like that, but trips to ANI can be messy, so honestly, I have the most success just driving straight into the issues. I always start up a RFC/AFD/Merge discussion (whatever's relevant to the given situation) and/or alert the relevant Wikiproject of discussion. Usually response from those areas force editors into more constructive participation. (Or conversely, they get steam-rolled by the community.) In my experience, as soon as you make the dispute public, the community doesn't generally support or tolerate that sort of behavior. Sergecross73 msg me 17:46, 2 March 2022 (UTC)

Dubious claim of Tommy Tallarico's that he is Steven Tyler's cousin

Hi Serge,

I've looked into the claim that Tommy Tallarico often makes that he is Steven Tyler's cousin, and found out through publicly-available online information (starting with his grandfather's obituary) that he's not in any meaningful sense of the term; at least no more than any other Tallarico, Talarico or variant name. Steven Tyler's genealogy is also public, and there seems to be no connection going at least three generations back. Even farther if one digs a little deeper.

Is there any way to correct the page or add a "dubious" claim without accusations of doxing? I'd link the obit here but not sure if that itself is a faux pas. Zeneater (talk) 14:00, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Currently in the article, it looks like the claim is only sourced to a dead link to his own website. So you could simply remove it on the grounds of being unsourced, and if someone restores it, you could cite WP:PRIMARY as it being a extraordinary claim that should require third party verification. That would probably be enough to keep it out of the article, unless someone did provide third party verification, in which it may be worth keeping in. (Hypothetically speaking anyways, I have no idea if it's true or not.) Sergecross73 msg me 14:23, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
Thank you. I appreciate your guidance and would welcome a well-sourced proof. Zeneater (talk) 15:10, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

Unblocking for file uploading

Hello again. So I read WP:REFB and practiced a bit of it on my sandbox and for the most part, I think I'm doing ok. And as for forcing high quality files, that's taken care of. So maybe you can contact an admin to unblock me. I'd really appreciate it. ChallengeCick (talk) 09:22, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Hello. That's good to hear. You don't need me for that though. You can directly appeal to the Admin who blocked you. Sergecross73 msg me 12:13, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
I don't know about the admin. I feel like he wouldn't accept my request, but we'll see. ChallengeCick (talk) 04:49, 8 March 2022 (UTC)
Yes, it's not often that admin so quickly reverse indefinite blocks, even partial ones. Sergecross73 msg me 15:42, 8 March 2022 (UTC)

My behavior

Per your reply at WP:ANI, I was originally going to include this in my reply but decided it'd be a better conversation one-on-one.

To put things in perspective, I've been getting stonewalled at Nicki Minaj for months now, to the point where a global steward herself had noticed the consistent stonewalling at the article to this day. I'm trying to focus on improving sections of the article, and here is Cornerstonepicker beating the dead horse, stonewalling edits I had made that were already discussed on the talk page months ago.

I don't actually enjoy disputes over article content & stonewalling and haven't for the past few months. What I'm trying to do is slowly edit Minaj's article to get it to a higher quality- yes, I mean WP:FA. I don't want anymore of the depressing anti-collaborative disputes where no actual progress is made, I want to work towards making Nicki Minaj a featured article. I'm sorry for participating in edit warring and reverting.

Cornerstone's consistent personal attacks towards me have really steered me away from a collaborative environment with him. Even though I've made attempts to personally ask him to be more collaborative when it comes to my edits. I've previously been hounded, talked negatively about on other users talk pages, and misgendered by him. I guess my point is that, I want to improve my own behavior to be more productive, and I'm also hoping that you can see my point of view as I've been trying to make progress while consistently being stonewalled. I'm trying my best to follow all the policies, and to avoid edit warring, and to be civil. shanghai.talk to me 19:11, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

If that's how it's been, then I'm sorry. But I just get concerned when I come across editors where it seems like heated arguments follow them everywhere they go. I feel like half your edits are talking about how awful Ronherry or Cornerstone are, to the point where you spend more time complaining about them than constructively discussing the content dispute itself. That often only makes disputes worse, and I think that may be part of what's going on here. That's just my two cents. An observation from someone who moderates a lot of disputes.
On a separate note, it seems like I've seen you complain about being misgendered in the past. And that's totally legit. Have you thought about adding a (they/them) type note on your signature? I believe everyone should be identified as they prefer. But I don't think most people default to the singular they/them, and not everyone checks user pages before addressing someone. So something in your signature may help you with that. Sergecross73 msg me 20:31, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
@Sergecross73: Trust me, having to deal with Ronherry or Cornerstone is something that I do not like at all, to the point where it's had an impact on me mentally. I really WOULD like to focus on the content, but again my stuff constantly gets reverted, to the point where for almost the entire month of November 2021 all of Cornerstonepicker's edits on Nicki Minaj were reverting my edits. I wasn't even 3RRing, I waited seven days to make the change on the talk page, and then suddenly Cornerstonepicker would come out of nowhere and revert it. In fact that's why I've tried to edit other articles like Katy Perry so that I know that it's an environment where I won't be stonewalled, or get personal attacks thrown at me.
I'm also trying to shake the notion that I'm only here to edit Nicki, as honestly after I get her article to WP:FA I would prefer to rest from editing the article for a long time. The thing that's irritating me is I've gotten so much heat for being transparent about being a fan of Minaj, I feel like if I wasn't transparent about it, I'd get less heat. I've had to deal with these constant bad faith assumptions for months- granted, some of them were warranted as at the time I was being stubborn and didn't know too much about the proper Wikipedia policies, but it's still had a mental effect on me, sometimes I feel like I'm being bullied.
I've tried to do so much productive things outside of Nicki Minaj's article: like I added an entire new section to Katy, I've been finding new images and revamping articles such as Trixie Mattel, but because I said "Yes, I'm a fan of this person" suddenly I'm only seen as editing this person. I just hope you can see it from my perspective, as it's hard to try to focus on the content dispute when you get snide remarks like "Your fan feelings are influencing your edits". I honestly feel like I'm being gaslit because from my pov people are already assuming bad faith on me when it comes to my editing even though I'm really trying, but when it comes to other editors its the opposite, "maybe they didn't see your pronouns, this person has been here multiple times therefore their ANI complaint isn't valid", etc. I'm sick and tired of this bullying when all I want to do is bring Nicki Minaj to WP:FA.
On that seperate note, I'll think about adding my pronouns to my sig. Seems like a good idea, I usually don't mess with my sig too much because sometimes I screw it up. shanghai.talk to me 22:43, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

K-pop editor's persistent removal of maintenance templates

Hi Serge. The user PepeBonus has removed a maintenance template I placed on Noeasy something like three times now. It looks like PepeBonus removed the template from the article once they thought I'd stopped paying attention, because I asked them not to directly last year. If they thought they fixed the problem, they're very clearly wrong, because they have just introduced more awkward turns of phrase and nonsensical sentences I don't have the time to sift through myself (and as I said, they'll just add more later). The article (and Oddinary, which they have just made, among other pages they have created I have not tagged) are long, overwritten like most pop music articles and tedious even to read. Can you maybe give them a warning on top of mine? They're obviously not listening to me. Another editor has asked them to leave edit summaries several times on their talk page to no avail nor response. Thanks. Ss112 01:15, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

I can give him a warning, but I'd be able to do more down the line, if need be, if you had a discussion on the respective article talk pages about the shortcomings that are leading to the tags. Then it's more demonstrate-able that their not addressing concerns and actibg without consensus. Sergecross73 msg me 16:57, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
Well, I did, but I don't think anybody's going to see it besides perhaps PepeBonus themselves. Somebody with more patience than I, like a member of a copyediting guild, needs to go through it. Ss112 05:23, 11 March 2022 (UTC)
Yeah, I know, but with some, it's really more about being able to show the documentation that you at least tried. Sergecross73 msg me 13:40, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

Another potential Morce puppet

I’m as sick of this conflict as you guys are, but I have another user being disruptive and exclusively undoing my edits without reasoning other than “fakery”, which is a phrase used by some of the socks Morce used. The user is here Bayleying the Wrestling. They’ve only been here for a little over a week and are being passive aggressive as well, which only adds onto my suspicions. Anyways, thanks for the support. Here’s the link for the user

Yes, ferret is exactly right. And while you're free to blank your own talk page, you really ought to read my messages more clearly before you delete them. I already told you about WP:VG/S, which is already very clear about not using Gamefaqs. Sergecross73 msg me 12:54, 15 March 2022 (UTC)

Tim96144 already block evaded

Using 111.83.5.163, geolocating to Taiwan. Edited several hours after you on Where Did You Go? and added a peak to Zombified, which he made regular updates to. I can't fathom how Tim cannot help himself. Ss112 14:40, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

If you all can believe it... Tim's already back using 223.138.234.57. Half an hour after Girth Summit reverted him on Frozen (Madonna song), he returned to update it and a few country music articles, his old stomping ground. This persistent little pest is starting to royally piss me off. I know what he thinks, though: If he does it enough, I'll just give up and let him have his way. I don't care if he's adding chart positions or fixing vandalism, it's being reverted on sight. (It appears he used the IP range a week ago to edit Won't Stand Down here, so it's not his first time on it.) User:Ferret, I know you probably haven't been paying attention to this user's annoying persistence, but is this getting near range block territory? Ss112 11:58, 15 March 2022 (UTC)

Wow, looks like I missed a lot while sleeping last night. Still working on catching up, but I fully support it if ferret can manage a range block. If not, I have an infinite tolerance for playing whack-a-mole, and will gladly continue to block and protect pages for as long as it takes. Sergecross73 msg me 12:58, 15 March 2022 (UTC)
He's thus far used the ranges 111.82.203.231/16, 111.83.5.163/16, and 223.138.234.57/16 (aside from his registered accounts). Ferret would know more about how ranges work than I would but that's the extent that I know of. Ss112 13:43, 15 March 2022 (UTC)

List of Sonic the Hedgehog characters-response

Sorry about the source requirement that slipped my mind on the List of Sonic the Hedgehog characters page. I had to add Ray the Flying Squirrel so that his redirect can go somewhere. Perhaps a sourced link that is on the video game page that he appeared in might be added since it also mentioned him there. Right? --Rtkat3 (talk) 01:58, 20 March 2022 (UTC)

Now that Ray has been in both SegaSonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Mania Plus, he finally meets the "2 game" inclusion criteria, but you still need to source all of the content you add to Wikipedia articles. Sergecross73 msg me 15:34, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
Would that include the reference link that I told you about yesterday? I just want to know in the event I plan attempt #2 with it. As I also mentioned, we have to send his redirect somewhere that can talk about him. Rtkat3 (talk) 18:18, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
I'm not sure I 100% follow what you're proposing, but my only objection before was that it introduced unsourced content to the article. Sergecross73 msg me 15:28, 21 March 2022 (UTC)

Giubbotto non ortodosso defending Tim96144 on my talk page

Hey Serge. Giubbotto non ortodosso, who I see has edited your talk page quite recently about that Aardwolf68 editor, has come to my talk page trying to call me a "mosquito" (ironic when some might say that's exactly what he acts like, buzzing around Wikipedia for years) for reverting Tim96144's edits. I find it strange he said nothing about you as the blocking admin, but it is what it is. Quite clearly Giubbotto non ortodosso, considering he found Binksternet making that post, and he edits Chris Brown topics. Special:Contributions/109.52.26.184/16 worth a block? I see @Binksternet: has already asked for this range block elsewhere too. Ss112 12:41, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

I blocked and reverted one of the IP. Let me know if you want your talk page temporarily protected or something. Yeah, I think Binksternet had success with getting a different range block, so if you don't have any luck with ferret, you could try the same way Binksternet did. (Someday, I'll try to learn range blocks and try to get CU access. But my real life is so busy that I can't commit time to that stuff for the time being. Sergecross73 msg me 14:08, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

@Widr: Looks like you blocked 109.52.240.0/21 just recently. Looks like /16 might be needed, thoughts? -- ferret (talk) 14:27, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
Both Giub and Tim could use a range block, in my opinion. Both sock and IP hop a lot. (Tim's IPs are listed 2 sections above). Sergecross73 msg me 14:37, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
Ferret, the edit history of the /16 in question appears to be mostly action by the puppetmaster, with few good-faith editors as collateral damage. I'd block the /16 in a heartbeat. Binksternet (talk) 15:22, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
@Ferret: Just a note Giubbotto is still editing Chris Brown topics within the /16 range (Special:Contributions/109.52.26.184/16). Ss112 09:28, 21 March 2022 (UTC)

Apology to Sergecross73 & others

Hey, Sergecross73. Got my apology & reasons for my Mario Kart 8 Deluxe section edits? Just want to make sure.

Look. I stopped by and I wanted to apologize for all the trouble I never meant to cause. I never meant to be a pest when I kept editing the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe section to explain that the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC has more than one issue. I only wanted to share additional info & issues that I felt Mario Kart fans should at least be aware of. Needless to say, I've made an apology message to let you know that I'm sorry, but also want to explain my reasons to why I added the information that I made.

Just in case you didn't receive it yet, here's what my apologies & reasons say.

My apology reads, and I quote...

"Please forgive me, Sergecross73, Cyberlink420, & Dissident93. I am so very sorry. It was never my intention to engage in an edit war.
But at least please try to hear me out.
In my opinion, talking only about one issue about the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC is NOT enough.
In addition to people's gripes with the graphical differences of the tracks between the DLC & the Base game, other players & fans of the Mario Kart have raised other issues, like the DLC tracks' lack of Anti-Gravity Mechanics, & especially the DLC's lack of other content like characters, vehicles, wheels, gliders, outfits / skins (aka the "characters alts from Tour"), power-ups, & so on.
Besides GameRant & Essentially Sports, the ONLY 2 internet sources who've touched about the latter topic in regards of lack of other contet such as characters, vehicles, & more, many people on Platforms such as Twitter & YouTube have either at least mentioned said issue, or even criticized the issue. Even big name YouTubers like GameXplain, NintendoLife, & Arlo have mentioned or even wished that said content would be implemented to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to go along with the tracks.
My reasons for adding the information I've been trying to add in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe section of the Mario Kart 8 Wikipedia page is because NOT everyone focuses on only one issue that the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC has. You can't always say that the graphical differences is the ONLY issue that the DLC, you need to discuss OTHER issues, too.
And everytime I saw that information removed, I felt that you were censoring information that Mario Kart fans could at least be aware of.
As much as I want to share legitimate sources that discuss the DLC's issue of Lack of characters, vehicles, & other content, the PROBLEM is that other than GameRant & Essentially sports, big name news sources, as far as I know of, DON'T DO THAT.
The only people I know who discuss on or even at least mention such an issue are...
-GameRant
-Essentially Sports
-YouTubers, including big names like GameXplain, NintendoLife, & Arlo
-Twitter Users
At least consider that you can't always focus on only one issue that fans have with the DLC. You have to consider OTHER issues, too.
Besides, if YouTube Videos & Twitter Tweets are allowed as references so long as they're legitimate, like with the Green Eggs & Ham (TV Series) Wikipedia page having the Trailer on YouTube & the Announcement Date on a Netflix Twitter account as references, why not videos made by big names like GameXplain & NintendoLife?
But all things considered, if you really don't want to me to edit the Mario Kart 8 page anymore, then fine, I'll knock it off.
Just at least PLEASE consider the OTHER issues that the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC has, and not only one issue it has. Okay?
Sincerely & with humblest apologies,
Trekker-J1"

Hope my apology has reached you, and tell Cyberlink420 & Dissident93 that I'm sorry. I only wanted to share information to help Mario Kart fans be aware of, & not cause any trouble at all.

And with Mario Kart's 30th Anniversary coming this August, I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo added more characters, vehicles, wheels, gliders, outfit / skins (characters alts from Tour), power-ups (maybe), & other content to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Besides, in my honest opinion, if tracks from Mario Kart Tour are coming over to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, then surely, Nintendo should do the same with Tour's characters, vehicles, wheels, gliders, outfit / skins (characters alts from Tour), power-ups (maybe), & other content.

Not to mention that one day, Mario Kart Tour will shut down, just like Dr. Mario World did, so it'd be wise to preserve Tour's content in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

But regardless, please... Forgive me for all the trouble that I never meant to cause. I am truly sorry.

Thank you very much, have a nice day, & stay healthy & safe.

Trekker-J1 (talk) 04:25, 22 March 2022 (UTC)

I hear you, you feel strongly about Mario Kart DLC. But your efforts are a bit misguided. It's very clear your goal is to send a message to Nintendo. An encyclopedia (Wikipedia) is not the right medium for what you're trying to accomplish here. Try starting a social media campaign on Twitter or talk to a YouTuber or something - there's places to do this better and more appropriately. Sergecross73 msg me 05:04, 22 March 2022 (UTC)
Hey there, Sergecross73.
Thanks for being understanding after reading my apology message. Again, I'm sorry for all the trouble I never meant to cause. All I wanted is to spread word on an issues that fans do have in hopes that others can be aware of. But as you've said, other than GameRant, Essentially Sports, & any users in all social media platforms, including big names like GameXplain & NintendoLife, there aren't any news sources who cover such an issue; and the sources I've shared are not reliable at all.
In all fairness, I do appreciate you suggesting ideas on how to spread the word on the DLC's lack of additional characters, vehicles, wheels, gliders, outfits, power-ups, & so on, and how they could be implemented into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, ESPECIALLY when Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's 5th Anniversary is this April, & most of all: when the Mario Kart series' 30th Anniversary is this August.
Plus, the way I see it, if tracks from Mario Kart Tour are going over to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, then surely, Nintendo should do the same with Tour's characters like Pauline, vehicles like the Wild Wing from Mario Kart Wii, power ups like the Mega Mushroom, & other content like wheels, gliders, outfits, & more; and the same goes for other content from other Mario Karts / other Mario games, like characters like Petey Pirahna (who's not in Tour yet).
Besides, Mario Kart Tour may not be shutting down anytime soon at this time, but it eventually will happen, just like with what happened to Dr. Mario World. So the wisest thing to do when that time is about to come is to preserve most of or all of Mario Kart Tour's content, especially characters, vehicles, wheels, gliders, outfits, & power-ups, into Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
Not to mention that the Mario Kart Hot Wheels Packs, which focus heavily on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, has characters, vehicles, & wheels that are not yet implemented into in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. These include Diddy Kong, who is currently a racer in Tour, the Flame Flyer from Mario Kart Wii, the Wild Wing from Mario Kart Wii, & the Birthday Girl from Mario Kart 7.
Sadly, the most I did to talk about this topic & spread the word on it are...
- Twitter Comments
- YouTube Comments
- A Petition
- Discussing the issue / topic to Nintendo Support
- And so on.
Most of all, some people agree with me, while others do not. And sometimes, I feel that my desire to raise the topic & spread the word on it is not enough, resulting in Nintendo to not be aware of the issues & not do anything to make new additions to Mario Kart 8, such as more characters (Ex: Pauline, Diddy Kong, Kamek, etc.), vehicles (Ex: Wild Wing, Flame Flyer, etc.), wheels (Ex: Classic / Pipe Frame, Rainbow, Racing / B-Dasher Mk. II, Sporty / Wild Wing, etc.), gliders (Ex: Record Setter, etc.), power ups (Ex: Mega Mushroom, etc.), features (Ex: outfits for the characters, vehicle paints, Mirrored 200cc class, New Grand Prix & Versus modes to use new / more power-ups, etc.), & so on.
That's why I keep saying that we & many people need to spread the word on this topic / issue, especially to Nintendo themselves AND especially since, aside from the 2.5 & upcoming 3 year anniversaries in Mario Kart Tour, we have huge 2 Mario Kart anniversaries coming soon: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's 5th Anniversary in April 28th of 2022, & especially the Mario Kart series' 30th Anniversary in August 27th of 2022.
All in all, Sergecross73, I do appreciate you trying to help me. And if there's any way you or anyone else can do to help me spread the word on such a topic, especially to Nintendo, that would make me very happy indeed. Otherwise, if you can't, that's fine, too, but I would appreciate those helping me.
Anyway, you have a nice day, and in Mario Kart terms, keep on racing. Trekker-J1 (talk) 20:10, 23 March 2022 (UTC)

Sonic Adventure

The situation with it is explained under the release info. It was developed by Sonic Team in Japan and released there first, and then was later patched by Sonic Team USA, who formed after the game originally came out, during localization, because the original release in Japan had a bunch of glitches. Therefore, it should be excluded from Video Games Developed in the United States and not be considered a Sonic Team USA game, as it was already developed and released by Sonic Team in Japan before Sonic Team USA were a thing, and they only fixed up the game during their localization, the game had already finished development and released in Japan. The development info also explains that Sonic Team in Japan were the ones who specifically developed the game.Vesperius (talk) 13:01, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

Ah, I think I was thinking of Sonic Adventure 2. People do carelessly add categories a lot, so it could have been an error. Alright, I won't oppose it. Sergecross73 msg me 14:45, 24 March 2022 (UTC)
