Also read about the username policy. Your name currently violates that policy because it is the same name as the company whose page you are editing. You will need to change your username - the easiest way is to create a new one for yourself as an individual that is not related to the company. As for the COI, you can continue to edit in Draft space, but if the article goes to "main" WP space, with a COI you are not allowed to edit the article there.
