Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Ang Mo Kio - Thye Hua Kwan Hospital, Adam Road Hospital, Bedok Community Library, Toa Payoh Community Library, Queenstown Community Library, Bukit Merah Community Library, Marine Parade Community Library and Total Defence Day. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Please consider this your final warning in relation to this, especially considering your removal of a leigitimate copyright violation tag from Bukit Merah Community Library.

The above articles, with the exception of Total Defence Day, have now been deleted from the wiki.

On another matter, please take note of the discussion on the Singaporean Wikiproject noticeboard about the encyclopedic nature (or lack thereof) of some of the information you have been adding to articles about MRT stations. Mark 03:54, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Speedy deletion of We Live In Singapura

[edit]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages such as We Live In Singapura, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. —the_ed1704:11, 1 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding 2011 accident section in Ang Mo Kio MRT Station

[edit]

Hi, this is just a heads up that I will be trimming the curent writeup on the 2011 accident section. Currently that section goes into too much detail in proportion to the rest of the article and how the other accidents are described. I.e. Specific timing of e accident and detailed recovery operation, details about the girl's lawyers are items that can be removed without affecting the substance of the article. Your addition to National Day Parade, 2011 has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Do not simply copy-and-paste stuff from the Internet, including news articles, into Wikipedia. Note that changing a few words does not mean it is not a copyright violation. As this is clearly not your first such warning, your next copyright violation will be reported for a block. Strange Passerby (talkcont) 03:11, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disruptive Editing

[edit]

Hi. Just a heads up. What you are doing at the moment is considered disruptive editing - WP:DISRUPT. Since you wish to take an active role in working on the articles related to Singapore's MRT system please drop by this discussion. Thanks. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 01:07, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, it is common courtesy for you to explain your edits. There is a consensus in the discussion regarding the MRT station articles; so please have a read through before making any disruptive edits. Thanks. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 11:14, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Please join the discussion instead of reverting. If you continue, you may be blocked. Jpatokal (talk) 22:10, 2 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Please read the article before making edits. You are adding duplicate information and some of it contravenes Wikipedia polices. Thanks. - Rgds. Planenut(Talk) 07:37, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Marsiling MRT Station, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Woodlands Secondary School (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Edits to Singapore MRT pages

[edit]

Hi Seletar, I notice that you have been editing many Singapore MRT pages. Earlier this year in January, there was discussion over what was considered appropriate content to put in the Singapore MRT pages. The information you are adding right now is disruptive to the final solution proposed by those on WP:SG!. If you disagree with us, please tell us and we'll see what can be done, but in the meanwhile, please stop reverting many of the edits that have been made as this seriously goes against Wikipedia's policies. Hello, I'm not sure if you're still active. Anyway I heard you did a lot of work on this article that has since been deleted - I'm trying to see if I can get it restored but I could use your help in cleaning it up. Drop me a message on my talk page if you're interested. Cheers -ryand 17:26, 28 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please assume good faith in your dealings with other editors, which you did not on Jem (shopping mall). Assume that they are here to improve rather than harm Wikipedia. Not everything should be included as per WP:NOT#NEWS and WP:N(E). "The topic of an article should be notable, or "worthy of notice"; that is, "significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to be recorded"." A tag has been placed on MediaCorp Subaru Impreza WRX Challenge, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This article is horrible crap. Please allow me to nuke it and restart from scratch

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. ☯ Bonkers The Clown \(^_^)/ Nonsensical Babble07:35, 14 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of Thomson–East Coast MRT line station names has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notable Information is already covered on the TEL page, all other information such as proposed names are irrelevant and unnotable

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 1.02 editor (C651 set 217/218) 02:15, 9 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
